Bradley Electronics — Local services in Winder

Entered the shop excited for some expert advice, being that I am almost finished with my first gaming computer build. (Btw) I planned on paying for this “expert advice“. This would have taken approximately 5min for the questions I had ready and I was more than ready to pay for his time. I spoke with the front desk, which was very nice. She then retrieved the “expert,” that before I could even ask a question says “I don’t run a class here. I’m not a teacher.” Although I do now see his point, being that if everyone with a question was to stop by and he answered. A lot of time and effort for his services would me lost. I have experienced a rude, short, snappy male a few times there as well. I actually believe this is the genius in the electronic field. I have walked away from this company a few times since it opened over the years for that exact reason. The female that answers the phone is better, but when I'm trying to decide to toss and buy new, or shop locally and support local business I admit I've been run off a few times. At work there are I T people to come get, or come to repair and tell us what to do or never do again. They do not speak to us this way for long and stay employed with the last 3 companies I've worked for over the last 32 years. I've been here before and this is quite honestly the only place I will take my electronics.

I have a 2yr old HP Laptop that, after taking and unfortunate spill, had issues with the screen display cable. The screen flickered or wouldn't even display unless in the perfect position which was ever changing. I brought it in and received a call the following day they while they couldn't locate a part for it he was able to fix it just enough so the flicker was nearly entirely gone and/or a rare occurrence.

Sure enough the flicker is gone and I can breathe a sigh of relief. I wasn't even charged for the service and the customer service is incredible. They have the most reasonable rates and care for their customers, I cant praise...
