This shop is so incredibly cute. You can just tell how much love the owner puts into her small business. The murals are beautiful, the play area is genius, and the vibe was overall immaculate. As for the actual merchandise: I think everyone could find something they love. My husband saw a board game, and several novelty desk items that ended up coming home with us while I did my best to not buy the entire halloween display. But ultimately my unhealthy sticker habit won. All in all we found a lot of gifts for friends, ideas for each other, and can't wait to see what else comes in! The staff was also super nice and let us do our thing. No one hovered, but were nearby and happy enough to answer questions. Associate was very rude. Kelby? Or Kelsey? Did not greet me, did not ask if I needed anything, not a single word. Got up to the counter did not say anything. Felt like I was not wanted in the store. Only time she said anything was to say “have a good night” quickly once she saw me scan the QR code to review. I did not realize the store was closing soon. For that I apologize, but for me as a customer to feel like I was not wanted and should just leave was very uncomfortable. I have been wanting to stop by Love Letters for a while since I love stationary stores and it look absolutely adorable…but I probably will not...

Love Letters is the most gorgeous gift shop! Everything about this place is magical and welcoming. The shop owner, Shellie, has taken care to add so many personal touches. I especially love the whimsical hand painted murals on the walls. They have the most adorable post office play area for little ones. I love that this shop carries so many unique items, including from local artists. It’s not just the same old thing you can find everywhere.
