I recently had the pleasure of taking my daughter to Enchanted Fairies at the Winder location for a magical photo session with the incredibly talented photographer, Jermaine. I'm sorry, but I don't have an experience to rate. I scheduled an appointment for my granddaughter and myself for Thursday June 27th at 1:00. We got up had my daughter-in-law do our hair and make-up. We were so excited and couldn't wait to get to Winder. Papoo was our chauffeur for the day. We were about 15 minutes away, we live a little over an hour away, when I got a phone call from your company, saying that I needed to reschedule, because the air conditioner went out. My heart sank. I didn't want to have to disappoint our granddaughter. I don't know who cried worse. Well I rescheduled for Friday 28th at 10am. We ended up taking her to our favorite restaurant, to try to make the best out of the situation. So we get up on Friday morning, early, get our hair and make-up done again, got dressed and was walking out the door and I had a wierd feeling, so I called your company before we got in the car, and I'm glad I did, because the air conditioner was still broken and was asked if I wanted to reschedule again, or cancel? Well I didn't want to reschedule again and get our granddaughter's hopes up again, so I had to cancel our appointment. I was getting all kinds of emails and text with updates, until I canceled and haven't heard anything else from y'all about the air conditioner being repaired so I could make another appointment for us. This was a belated birthday present and it got messed up. I was also going to bring our other granddaughter, later, when they come to visit, later this summer. I don't know what to do now, because I don't want to disappoint both of them and myself...
