I have used the services at this UPS store many times...and have been very happy
Recently, however, I had a very bad experience. I absolutely hate laziness and I hate being lied to even more. I use the UPS Store for printing and binding documents for my business. On a Saturday in late November, I sent a small printing order to the store by email. I called in to let them know the order was there in the email and that I needed to pick up the order before they closed that afternoon. I was told "We're too busy today, you'll have to wait until Monday." I said "I really need it today if at all possible please" and I hung up. I had never been told that I couldn't get my order on the same day. What the boy who told me he was too busy, didn't know...was that I was in the nail salon right next door getting my nails done. So...I excused myself and walked the five steps over and checked it out.There were no customers and the boy was sitting at a big table in the back with another employee, eating. I was soooo mad...but I didn't say anything. I went back to the nail salon and called again and told them that I had to have my order that day. I was very kind and very courteous.
Now...let me tell you about this boy. I have seen him in the store many times...usually on Saturday. He is very cocky and condescending. He speaks to the customers with such disrespect and acts very openly as if he hates his job. I actually asked him once if his family owned the store...because in my mind that would be the only reason that he could get away with being so rude and condescending to customers. He said "No, they don't...why do you ask?" I said "Oh...no reason"
OK so...back to my small 50 page print job. They did it...but made it very clear to me that they weren't happy about it.
When I came in to pick up the order (still zero customers)...about 30 minutes before closing...the girl stated "You're lucky you came to get this...I was about to call you." Her tone was very much irritated and angry...that she had to do the printing AND that I came late in the day and she was going to be really mad if I hadn't come to get it. When she made this statement, the boy snort laughed and smirked right in front of me.
I have continued to do business here...but always wait for another person or leave and come back another day if either of these two are there...
Read moreI complained once before about this store stealing Wi-Fi from neighboring businesses (Barberitos & Dunkin’) when the UPS Store customers often have to use Wi-Fi. Well today I witnessed the blonde employee with glasses tell the Customer in front of me to try using their WiFi or the neighboring businesses’ WiFi. When I pulled up my phone to look at the UPS store’s Wi-Fi options, all three of their Wi-Fi networks were password protected. There is no password posted. I said out loud that it looks like their Wi-Fi networks are password protected twice, but she ignored me and would not help the customer in front of me log into the UPS Store Wi-Fi. She sat there and stared at him until he got out of line and went to the back of the line because he felt pressure from the long line of customers behind him. She is absolutely the least personable person I’ve ever had an encounter with at this location. I noticed other poor reviews mentioning...
Read moreI went to the ups store today to return my AirPods case to Amazon because it was broke upon receiving the day before. I didn’t noticed that I left my air pods in the cases that was already packaged up a ready to send back to Amazon into about @5pm. I called UPS an explain my problem to one of the young lady an she understood an said I could come back to the store an look for them upon arriving back the two young lady’s unpackaged every box they had did that day into they found my air pods. When I say amazing & a true blessing . They save me $200 ! I couldn’t stop thanking them for everything ! Very sweet and understanding and amazing workers! EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH SHOULD DEFINITELY GO TO THEM ! I should’ve definitely got their names & called and bragged on them to the manager because they definitely did...
