I had the absolute worst experience at the Waffle House located at 213 Exchange Blvd, Bethlehem, GA 30620. (848 Loganville Hwy, Bethlehem, GA 30620 per google). The night manager and cook, Thomas, was extremely disrespectful and dismissive when I simply asked him to ensure that pork wasnāt on the grill due to dietary restrictions. His exact response was, āIām not going to do that ā I got better things to do.ā Yet he has time to watch videos with his phone stuck to the grill!
Completely unacceptable behavior from someone in a management position. Customer service was non-existent, and his attitude was beyond unprofessional. I will never return to this location and wouldnāt recommend it to anyone who expects basic respect when dining out.
Paid for my order even though I didnāt receive all of my order.
Do better,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI donāt know who the new manager is at this particular waffle house, the restaurant was filthy food and trash was all over the floor in the booth areaās food was on the wall. I donāt believe that they are following Covid rules in the restaurant, the salt and pepper shakers were left on the table and I donāt believe that they were cleaned off because I seen a waitress cleaning off the table and she did not touch the salt and pepper shakers. I have been in several restaurants during Covid and the restaurants that I was in did not have anything on the table you had to ask for the items that you wanted. I have been a long time customer of the restaurant and I have never seen it that dirty ever, It doesnāt make you feel too comfortable...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was totally disgusted by this place. Waited for 10 minutes by a table that needed to be wiped down and when we finally sat the waiter set our silverware down and took our drink order. When he walked away my girlfriend noticed blood on her silverware napkin. When he brought our drinks back I said something to him and he set down my coffee cup and blood was all over the handle. When I said something he replaced it but only put a napkin on his bleeding finger and the coffee was cold. The young man's name was Juan. He never even put a bandage on it. He just held a napkin on it until it quit bleeding and kept handling everyone's food with an open wound. Completely disgusting, and to top it off my bacon was...
