Miniso — Local services in Winston-Salem

I bought some items from Miniso but changed my mind. Their return policy states you can return items with a receipt and return with in 7 days of purchase. Which I did two days later. Every thing was still in the packaging. The manager was rude before I ever even spoke a word. She acted as though I was ridiculous for wanting to return something when they do offer returns. She then said because I got the items on sale that she could not give me a refund or exchange because it would be giving me free money. I didn't want a refund for the full price of the item. I only wanted a refund or store credit for the price I paid for 2 items. She said there was absolutely nothing she could do.
