All three employees were extremely rude and acted like they didn’t wanna be there. One of them being the “manager”. Whatever was on their phones were more important than any customer walking in the store. I have worked in customer service for years and that is not how you treat your customers. It’s not hard to be kind. I called before hand and was told that they would buy my Xbox one. When I got there, the two females acted like they knew nothing about gaming consoles and tried to turn us away even when we politely showed them that they had plugged it up wrong. When the male employee came out, he was able to turn it on and went to download a game but would not give it more than 5 seconds before ejecting it. It is an older console, therefore it is going to take a bit of time to load. He then told us it “wasn’t working”. We immediately took it to a different store and it worked perfectly fine and they bought it. Would never recommend coming to this location. Horrible business. Read moreThey sold me a broken copy of Mario kart Wii, when I tried to return it, they put it in a dinky little machine that “cleaned off the scratches”. I put it in my Wii (for the second time) it sounded like a car with no muffler. I immediately took it out and the next day went to return it. The employee told my grandmother and I that we could get store credit (even though when we first purchased the video game we were told 30 day money back guarantee). My grandmother mentioned we were told we could get our money back. She got on the phone with the “manager” who said she could give us our money. When she gave us the money, it was only $25. My grandmother said this was not all of the money, the woman said “too bad, this is what they told me to give you!” My grandmother said this was not okay as she did not give us back the sales tax. One man helped me, he was fine but there was also a lady behind the register that did not say a word to me. She barely even looked at me. She came face to face with me at the register and couldn’t even say hello. SMH.
Lastly, they gave me a terrible offer. I know for a fact what my game is worth (I looked up up this morning) and they offered 1/4 to of the price. It is worth $100 and they offered $20. I was willing to accept $40 to $60 but that is Ridiculous. It was like getting a quote from GameStop.
