Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

The food was tasty as usual, but the nuggets have gotten so small while the price has gone up. I haven't been to Chick-fil-A in a while because there just isn't one close to me. It was already one of the more pricey options but I was upset to see it's gotten even more expensive. Then when I received my nuggets (what I always get) I was shocked to see they were even smaller than they have been in the past. Some weren't even an inch but counted as a nugget. I got exactly 8 in my box, one of which was just a crispy piece with no chicken inside. If they are going to give you nuggets half the size of their regular nuggets, it would be nice if they would throw in an extra. Needless to say I was very disappointed by this experience. Extremely disappointed in this Chick-fil-A. The employees are great but the manager has no sense of respect. I had a birthday reward that I wanted to redeem and I showed it to the manager when she came over to help the new cashier guy and she repetitively told me “I see your reward on your phone but my system isn’t recognizing it so you’re paying full price”. It’s not the money that was the issue it was the morals behind it. The cashier apologized on her behalf to me about 2-3 times as if this has happened before. If she treats her customers like this, I can only imagine how she treats her employees. Very disappointed considering this is a Chick-fil-A. I feel so bad for the employees for having to deal with her. Worst customer...

Had a bad experience where I don’t know if I just wasn’t a priority or what but literally all I wanted was some water until I came back for my lunch to order food jacks the tall skinny guy literally was looking at me while I stood there for up to 5 mins while no one has even acknowledged me then he then gets up and walks over and goes to another register and starts taking a whole order when I had already been waiting then on top of it was very nice nasty which is cool but not when you were patiently waiting and then...
