Really REALLY disappointed in this company!! This literally used to be my favorite brand to purchase clothing. I can’t even tell you how much I have spent here. I am really turned off by the return policy. I purchased 10 things online and only two of them I decided to return. I went into the store and knowing I was two weeks past their 30 day return policy, I suggested they give me store credit. I was told by the manager that she had no authority to do this. Went to my car and called their customer service. The lady put in a request to return my two items. The next day I received an email saying “sorry, your past the return window. Nothing we can do.” I was less than 2 weeks past. Now I am stuck with two items I cannot wear. ($400!) I think this is horrible horrible customer service! They also pump a fragrance throughout their store, which makes it hard to shop, which is why I have been ordering online. It’s so bad that I have to come home and wash the clothes several times to get the fragrance out. I guess just another reason why I am done with this brand. Beware if you...

Giving 2 stars because they have a decent selection of jeans however when I visited the store today there were 6 employees and not one of them offered to help. I was not greeted when I walked into the store, and was ignored as I was shopping around. If someone would have asked me if I needed assistance I would have gladly accepted and probably purchased a handful of things however that was not the case. I ended up walking out after 15 minutes and on my way out I noticed a few other ladies who walked into the store were receiving attention and assistance from the sales associates. I've bought several things from them previously. They used to have better service. But now, not so much. It was interesting because I walked in & nobody said anything to me. Every single person was greated after me. Not sure if it was based on look or what. But, kind of interesting considering I've literally purchased a lot from them. So, I think this place is not cool. I'd rather go somewhere where they actually value people in general. Seems very superficial there. I can afford the clothes but they kind if look like crap. Like my shorts though.
