Their chef Angel came here from amazing restaurants in Peru so the food was not just delicious but authentic. Our server Gaston explained the dishes so well and mentioned how much they import from Peru. After tasting it, you realize the value is in the unique experience and flavors that can't be replicated by just our ingredients here.
