I was looking for a new lash extension artist in the Winter Park area. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. I was hesitant when I walked in as the studio was small and somewhat unkept. However, given the positive reviews and the nice artist, I decided to "upgrade" from classic to supposed "premier" lashes. They were heavy, coarse and I could not even run a spoolie through them. In addition, the extensions were glued together in some areas. While the artist was in the process of putting on the extensions I noticed her "process" was nothing like what I have experienced with other artists.

I went to another studio in the area and my fears were confirmed - the lash extensions destroyed my natural lashes. My new artist was kind enough to suggest removal and told me to allow my natural lashes to recover for a few weeks. I am out almost $100 for a terrible job and, more importantly, ...

Paola is amazing. I stupidly got lashes put on somewhere else and it was awful. Painful, too long, too thick, too much glue (and not eyelash glue) and applies directly to my skin. I frantically called about getting them removed as I was going out of the country in two days. Paola called me back at 445pm and said she would wait for me to get there and she would take them off. It took her working like a surgeon for 2 hours to get the lashes and some of the glue off while trying to save my natural lashes. Even though they close at 5pm (and it was a Saturday night) she never once rushed or made me feel like she shouldn’t have stayed to save my trip. I cannot thank her (and the two ladies who stayed to watch Paola try to detangle and save my lashes, guess you don’t see them that bad every day!) enough for providing top quality service. WARNING!!!! Have had lashes fall out almost immediately after application on more than one occasion leaving bald spots on certain areas within a couple of days of getting a fill. The owners response was that I should get hybrid instead of premium classic, even though that’s not the look I want. And that I would have to pay to fix their error. Needless to say, I do not recommend this business and will no longer be giving them business after such unprofessional treatment.
