I just moved to Winter Park FL from NJ 2 months ago. I needed to find a hair stylist that not only was good.. but needed to be GREAT. I needed a MAJOR color correction to get my extremely damaged, burnt and box dyed back to brown hair healthy again.. I dreaded coming to a new city and state and putting my hair through the trial and error of different stylists damaging my hair further..

I did some research online and I chose Jenn because of her positive Google and Yelp reviews.. I am SO GLAD I did!

She consulted with me for over an hour about what we want my end result to be, how it will turn out, what it will look like in the transition due to needing a couple of visits to correct the problems I had etc..

During my correction, she talked me through every step, explained how and why it was being done etc.. I was SO Happy after leaving the salon after my 1st visit and OVERJOYED after my 2nd. She got my hair to the beautiful blonde I had before my hair got horribly damaged, and she did it so that my hair stayed as healthy as possible with as little damage as possible. I didn't think it would be possible to get the results that I got

She uses top of the line products and KNOWS what she is doing with them. I received so many compliments on my color and cut over the past 2 weeks since I stepped out of her chair..

If I could give Jenn another star I would! I am not an easy girl to please, when it comes to my hair, but Jenn is well above the exceptional level!! My hair is naturally a sandy blonde, but I like to have it as platinum as possible, and constantly adding different colors. Jenn is probably the most knowledgeable person I've gone to for my hair, which is why I keep coming back to her. I completely dyed my hair a solid brunette color, and was very quick to regret it and wanted my blonde back QUICK. Jenn explained that it could be very damaging to go from brunette to platinum in one visit, after only two visits she had my hair back to being light again, with no noticeable damage! Shortly after that I had added a deep red to the bottom layer of my hair, then decided I didn't want that anymore either, and she was able to take that out and get it back to blonde, again with no extra damage! I have never been a fan of visiting a hair stylists. I was usually uncomfortable and always felt a bit awkward or out of place. I have been visiting Jenn for a couple of years now and realize, I was just finding the wrong stylists! Stylists who don't really understand me or didn't care to take time to listen, trying to up-sell... Jenn has been a completely different experience! She takes time to listen to me, gives me her professional advice and at the end we always come to a perfect conclusion =) Every time I have left, I felt great and my hair was always spot on of what I was looking for and amazingly healthy! I am grateful to have found a stylist I can count on and will continue to go back to. Not to mention the products she helps me find that are a perfect match for me....
