Do business with these people if you want to be mistreated, insulted, and lied to! The way your representatives spoke to me was nothing short of appalling — condescending, hostile, and utterly unprofessional — a disgraceful display of customer service that left me shocked at how poorly and disrespectfully I was treated.

My experience with this company started on a positive note, then quickly took a downturn mid-year.

We started by purchasing an advertisement space on scorecards at two local golf courses. With both ads running for over 6 months, we have seen no results. That is the least of my worries; however, it is our risk that we took, and we accept the outcomes.

I was contacted by the company for a renewal of their services via email. Then via phone call, I was told that "[they] just needed payment for the service at Twisted Oaks Golf Course that we had originally agreed to." They left out information and made it seem like now, 6 months later, we needed to pay them for their services that we originally agreed to. After following a paper trail of emails, I found that was not the case at all. I called them back and found out that they were simply trying to sell me a premium spot. THEN JUST SAY THAT. I MIGHT HAVE EVEN DONE IT. I talked about our redirection of advertising focus and that the previous ads have not been successful. Therefore, I was not interested in renewing with them. A simple, civil response. He could have even come back with an appropriate counter.

Instead, this person chose to be dishonorable, insulting, and a bigger disappointment than I thought was possible. I simply called us liars, verbally insulted our company and the way we do business, and tore us down. I had no words. I told him I couldn't believe that he just said that to me over the phone. He continued to insult me before I put an end to the conversation.

I was contacted by Mike Nelson from Bench Craft company to sponsor a bench at a local golf course. The idea of sponsoring a bench at one of the golf course holes for 12 months sounded fantastic as a new owner of a sports card / hobby shop. Seemed like a great fit. But...that was all that was fantastic. The price was steep but I thought hey, I need to get our name out there. I signed all the required documents in June and paid the hefty advertising fee to have my logo slapped on a bench for 12 months. Here we are, it is now September, the bench is up and my logo is not on it. You can imagine my disappointment in knowing that the money I spent this year on this advertisement will not really be put to use until next year.

I called and emailed my sales guy multiple times. No response, at all. Not a good way to handle a customer post sale. I had to research the company to find the customer service phone number to get any sort of support. They were friendly and helpful enough. That may be the only positive thing I can say about this venture.

I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone participate...

DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY!! I had a golf course reach out to me and my husband to advertise our businesses at their golf course so we said yes. Little did we know that we were not at all dealing with the golf course but this incredibly harassing company!!!!! Not even before the course opened for the season, we were hounded with advertising for more spots on the course. We told them the FIRST time that we wanted to see what this first year of advertising on the course would bring and then we would see about renewal. OMG WAS I WRONG! I am not exaggerating, they called almost every week, then every other week and then emailed us then texted us, to which I did NOT give consent to text messaging... what is infuriating is that both my husband and I (so that is two) would be hounded back to back. I am calling the golf course to let them know to do business with another company that does not harass people like this. I NEVER WANT TO SEE, HEAR OR SPEAK OF THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY AGAIN FOR AS LONG...
