Chick-fil-A was all I wanted on my way home from a 14 hour shift. I ordered through the app to pick up through drive through...like I always do, but this time I only had about 15 mins to get there because they were closing at 10pm. I stepped on the gas to try to make it in time. I arrived at 9:54pm and there were cones blocking the drive through lane. Hmmm... did I miss something? Is there another entrance? Because I could clearly see cars back to back in the drive through lane. I pulled around to see if I was supposed to go in somewhere else. Nope, there wasn’t. I opened the app and it had an option to change your pick up choice. I clicked the button to switch and the “I’m here” button popped up. I was now in the parking space right outside the door, so I clicked “I’m here”. All of a sudden I got a pop up telling me that they were closed and my order was cancelled and I had not been charged. It was 10pm on the dot. But NOOOO!!! There was a Chick-fil-A worker... a guy wearing a blue shirt... shorter in stature... finger length hair....who was in the doorway speaking to someone else. I jumped out of my car to ask him... “Did this really just happen?” He was very apologetic and explained that it had to have been the time and that he would check the computer system to see if he could find my order. Next thing I knew he came back out and explained that unfortunately he was not able to find my order, but handed me a bag with a few meals in it and apologized again for the mishap. I asked him if I could pay him and he said not to worry. He even asked me what I had ordered for drinks and went back in and got them... and brought them out to me. I wish I had gotten his name to give him the credit he deserves. His customer service was beyond impeccable and he did it with pleasure and was super quick. He didn’t rush me at all or put me off due to them closing. After a crazy long day, he made my night! And Im sure he didn’t even realize that this thoughtful gesture would have such an impact. The world needs more kind people like him. I hope that Chick-fil-A in Woburn realizes how lucky they are to have a team member like himself. He deserves a...
Read moreI hate to give this chick fil A anything less than a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Because the staff that takes and hands you your order are very nice and efficient. I’m new to this fast food chain because the subliminal messages from there advertisements on TV showing the nuggets and the new Mac N Cheese side with the thick cheese topping that the girl says “I love breaking through the top cheese crust” just got my mouth watering. I travel up and down the east coast from Mass to south Florida often and never ate at chic fil A I’m a McDs plain double QP with cheese guy cuz they’re right off most of the the exits and I eat and drive to make good time. Anyways... My only complaint is I’ve ordered the Mac N Cheese twice now and it is very good but both times there’s no cheesy top crust to break through and that makes me sad I’m gonna try it once more and if there’s no cheesy crust I probably won’t go there anymore cuz I’m not a chicken lover. I actually only like McDs chicken nuggets only They’re made by Tyson ( great u tube vid on how they’re made) but the Polynesian dipping sauce is better than McDs..... but people love this place the line at the drive through is always long but moves swiftly. If you like chicken and never ate from there...
Read moreI opened the chicken tenders, excited because I had just seen the commercial for them. I was so disappointed and confused. They were not long like tenders or chicken fingers usually are. They were just slightly bigger than the chicken nuggets. I asked for extra sauce and only got one. It was so expensive and then to not get what I ordered. The girl who took my order has very poor eye contact and was so focused on putting in my order and getting payment that customer service was very poor. There were two girls at the pickup window when only one hands you your order. The other girl who was there was talking to the 2nd girl who handed me my order. She never engaged or even acknowledged me. The girl who handled me my order did acknowledge me and said have a nice day. I realized after this visit that there's nothing special about Chick Filet and I have had way better customer service at McDonald's drive thru in Montvale Ave. Also they are more expensive than other fast food places with way less variety. By the way, on this day, the drive thru was very slow and I was the only car in line. I definitely will not...
