I’ve been in this store many times. Normally I’m not greeted or helped. Several staff members will just look at me when I walk in. I’ve actually purchased items in this store. I love that they currently carry RRL by Ralph Lauren. But the past two RRL Ralph Lauren items I’ve purchased I did so directly from the Ralph Lauren website.
