"Second verse, same as the first" - Another great job by Paradise Flower Market on my behalf. The recipient of the flowers raved about the display. Paradise set a high bar for itself with my first order (below) and did not disappoint in any way with my second one. Thank you! 11-2-2016

I cannot say enough about how this florist went above and beyond the call of duty to help me look good at the eleventh hour. Less than two hours before they closed on Saturday, I realized that I had not yet ordered flowers to celebrate my niece's high school graduation. The lady who took my order could not have been more helpful. Knowing it was a particularly hot day, she took various contact information to make sure that someone would be home to accept the flowers. Rather than deliver them and risk the flowers baking in the sun, once she called and found out no one would be home, she actually delivered the flowers early on Sunday morning. The person who took my order provided the type of customer service to which many people pay lip service but few deliver. The cherry on top on this sundae was that the flowers were absolutely beautiful and proudly on display at my niece's graduation party. My niece was thrilled, which made my day. I look forward to using Paradise Flower Market in the future, my only concern being that they set an incredibly high bar for themselves right...

UPDATE... I stand by my initial review, but I need to add to my overall rating. Had my opinion not been solicited, I would not have given it. However, it was and I did. I do need to add though, after having shared my thoughts, I immediately received a call from a company representative. I assume it was the owner. They were very concerned about my review and my experience. We discussed my expectations vs the outcomes and their main concern was to satisfy the customer. As stated in their response, a credit was instantly posted to my account. If Customer Service were a category, I would give them a 6.5 out of the 5 star system. They care about the quality of their work and the full customer experience and it SHOWS!. For that reason alone, I will be recommending them and trying them again in the future. A lesson was learned by all.

[Embarrassed and disappointed. The picture looked fine on the receipt and the plant appears healthy, however when I saw the actual plant at my coworkers home and how small it was, especially compared to the other plants and flowers that they had received, I was mortified. I almost wanted to place a card in front of it stating that it cost $93. Paradise Flower Market is amazing in every way! Carrie did my wedding flowers and the flowers were not only stunning, but working with Carrie was just what I needed. I didn't know anything about planning a wedding and she was so accommodating and helpful it really took the pressure off! Her knowledge of floral stuff is incredible, she really listened to what I was envisioning and she took that and made it 10x better than I ever envisioned! Carrie worked with me over a couple months and made it fun! She emailed tons of pics of different flowers and other things that could go in the arrangement and 'prop' stuff too. She put different bouquets and arrangements together and sent pics of that to in order to get it all just perfect, and like I said - it was more beautiful than I ever imagined. So many guests complimented me on them as well. Not only is Carrie exceptional at floral work, but I think she truly enjoys it as well. I will never go elsewhere...
