what is the point of online ordering 30 minutes before i’m there if i still have to stand in line and watch the employee make it? especially when it states my order has been made and is ready for pick up.

edit after response from owner: this is not a today problem, it’s quite literally every morning that i order from you, which is 2-3x a week because i work right down the plaza. if your system doesn’t provide accurate time quotes- why use it? and over 30 minutes should be more than enough notice to make a smoothie. while i’m here listing the issues this pulp has- your staff doesn’t greet anyone who walks in, makes them wait in line to pick up an online order, the place regularly sounds like a club the music is so loud, half the staff doesn’t have their hair pulled back (i’m sure the health dept would love that). your place is awful and i truly only went there for the convenience. luckily, one of the employees told me what brands you use, so i’ll be making my protein packers at home. i’ll enjoy saving that $120 a month i...

I had a horrible experience at Pulp the other day. I went inside behind a young black man who stood there without even a hello. They never acknowledged him at all, he finally left because they took so long. I was there to pick up an order. I stood in front of the sign that said "order pick up here". I waited and waited then finally an elderly white woman walked in and they attempted to take her order. I spoke up and said that I was next. They acted as if I wasn't where I was supposed to be, however I was where the sign for "pick ups" was. There we stood!! It was simply impossible for the two of them to not see my daughter and myself standing there, as they claimed. Three other white people walked in, ordered and got what they ordered before I got my order. They clearly had poor customer service representation.
