Never going to this Chipotle again. Every time I ask for vinegrette, it's a problem. I had forgotten to ask for it BEFORE I ordered as I usually do, so when I got to the register I asked and was told there was none. OMG. They were also out of guacamole, it was 5 in the afternoon! How are you out of guacamole and vinegrette?! So the young lady that made my bowl stated there was some, I said whew, good because I was going to say I didn't want my bowl. Then the cashier makes a comment like wow, it's that serious? Um yeah, for me it is, it's MY food. Then she says but it's sweet. My reply was so what, I like it. Why was there even a need for her to comment on how I eat MY FOOD THAT I AM PAYING FOR?! This is the 2nd time I've had this type of conversation about the vinegrette, and the 2nd time it's rubbed me the wrong way. The last time it happened I stated I wouldn't go to that location again, and I haven't, that was 3 years ago now. I started going to this location because it was the total opposite of the last one. Then I get one cup if it and I was told that was it until someone made some more. Just horrible customer service. If I say I no longer want my bowl because there is no vinegrette, there is nothing anyone can do to about it, it's my choice! I don't need the sparky comments about my preference of my food, and it's always a young female too. Over it. I really feel like Chipotle needs to bottle and sell the vinegrette so others like me that only go there for it will have it no matter what. Other companies such as Chick-fil-A did it. They now sell small bottles of their sauces at the restaurant, and bigger ones in Walmart! I don't even have to ask for any sauces because I have some at home! At this point I'm running out of locations, so I may not be a customer anymore. Sad. Employees should know to keep their personal thoughts to themselves. She didn't even have to say any if that, just give me what little...
Read moreAfter reading reviews for this location, I went against my better judgement and went and picked up some takeout. Biggest mistake I have made in some time. As I walked in I noticed the seating area was absolutely disgusting....I wouldnt even consider sitting there to eat. I then noticed 5-6 associates grouped around the cash register socializing with someone that walked in right before me. None of them even acknowledged me. Another associate came from the back to wait on me and make my bowl. My options were reduced due to no beans, no corn salsa and minimal cheese (which I was told that was it for the day). Mind you this was at about 630pm tonight...several hours before the so called closing time. I then approached the register to check out and still no one could acknowledge me out of the group of 5-6 associates. No mention of price....just a finger point at the credit machine. Then after payment, no thank-you from anyone. I was going to purchase a bag of chips and drink as well but was never asked if I needed anything else....again the conversation was more important than a paying customer. What has this world come to. Very disappointed with this location and will not visit again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Im a huge chipotle fan so this just kills me but I feel my dollar and time are worth much more than what I received at this location. The management group at this location does not deserve to be in management and the owner of this location does not deserve to serve this area. Save your money and time and do not visit this location. Much better options in the area where they treat their customers with the respect that they deserve. I am not a fan of leaving bad reviews so shame on you chipotle for making me stoop...
Read moreby far the WORST place i’ve ever stepped into. i placed my order online for a quesadilla, as soon as i walk in they tell us they’re out of cheese… so i already assume they didn’t make my food. walking in everyone looks at you like they don’t wanna help you, like you shouldn’t be there at 7pm on a Friday night? i ask the lady if she was able to make my order before they ran out of cheese, she told me no. (mind you, i’m 2 months postpartum, I finally get a night w/o the baby and I just wanted my food) i simply asked her how i can get a refund and she said “through the app” so i go out to my car and look to see how i can do that, im not able to figure it out so i go back in asking the same GIRL (cuz she was acting like a whole child) if she could help me and she said no i don’t know how to use the app… tell me- how do you work there and not no how to use your own app or at least DIRECT me in the place. she then started to get snappy and rude with me, saying over and over “do you want another entree” when all i was asking for was her to guide me. and that’s when i left. I asked her for her name because I was calling corporate on her for her unprofessional behavior and she walked away from me, as i was walking out, her and everyone else working in there told me to “go ahead call corporate” I run my own department at a store, and I would NEVER treat another human like that, I would at least try and help them before i brush them off. what I experienced at this Chipotle was unprofessional, displeasing and downright the WORST. this girl (glasses, shorter, chubbier) and all of her other coworkers there that night, should not still have a job there, and I will be going in there to see if my complaints are...
