I took my daughter for a teen make-up and skin care lesson. I can not say enough about how awesome Kelly and her team are. I wanted my daughter to learn from experts who would teach her techniques for age appropriate, natural looking makeup, but also teach her that it all starts with great skin care. I knew I could teach my daughter myself -- but I also knew it would be better accepted coming from someone other than "mom". It was a fantastic experience - they made my daughter feel comfortable and eased her self-consciousness. Almost 2 hours later, my young teen transformed into a beautiful, confident young woman. We purchased some really awesome skin care products and makeup - and my daughter has been able to replicate it herself everyday and has been getting lots of compliments. I'm so pleased with the outcomes -- I'm scheduling my own session in a couple days. And honestly - I have no idea how a couple of the other reviewer could be so negative about their experience - everyone at the boutique was so friendly and took the time to answer every question we had. I am very fair skinned and have never been able to tan naturally in the sun. I always burn. However, my bridesmaids planned a beach getaway for my bachelorette party this summer. As excited as I was for this trip, I was extremely anxious about having to wear the typical bridal white, especially standing next to all my tan friends wearing always flattering black dresses. I wanted to try a spray tan for the first time to prevent getting washed out by my white clothing and white bathing suit. However, I was nervous that I was too pale and that a spray tan would make me look orange. Kelly, the owner, took me as a walk in and instantly put me at ease. She answered all my questions and started me out with a beautiful and light (but noticeable) color. She carefully sprayed every angle and gave me very detailed instructions about how to care for my spray tan and told me about deals if I wanted to come back for my wedding or other events in the future. You can tell that she really cares about her business and wants you to leave feeling your best! I would recommend this place...

Terrible customer service. About a month before my wedding, my fiance (now wife) was informed that the the owner, Kelly, whom she had paid for an expensive makeup trial with in the fall of 2017 would no longer be doing her makeup. The company refused to refund the money spent on the makeup trial and only offered the services of another artist that they were not able to provide any samples of her work. It was a classic bait and switch move that is not something an ethical business would ever consider. The situation was handled very unprofessionally and sent my wife and her mother into a panic trying to find a new makeup artist less than a month before the wedding. Be very cautious when using this company, I have heard horror stories about the same vendor from other previous clients since...
