What an extraordinary team of professionals to work with! I have worked with Bravas on little jobs for a while now, but recently had my entire house upgraded with new AV equipment to include speakers in every room, a new control4 system, touch panels, new TVs, outdoor sound equipment, wireless upgrades and more. The Bravas team was outstanding throughout the entire process. From sales to delivery and project management, Bravas showed why they are the best in the business. The install/programming team (Chas, Spencer, Greg, Will, Lance) was so easy to work with and be around. They went above and beyond in every way. They showed up exactly when they said they would each day, communicated changes in real-time, and overall were incredibly enjoyable to be around (and even very sweet to my three kids and dog :) The project manager (Jesse) was easy to work with and coordinated any necessary changes immediately - always available for a phone call if needed to talk through the project. Also mentioned that he could fix my internet connectivity issues if I ever wanted to address. Brannon and Dwayne came out and put together an excellent setup. I even asked them to do a few other things and they came up with creative ways to install my requests. Called Michael a few weeks later for internet fix and Brannon came out with the right ideas and set up. Now get signal everywhere. But the best thing about Audio Intersection is their responsiveness. Have had a few issues with the installs due to construction and wavelength interference and so I contacted them. Received immediate feedback and a revisit to the house. They scheduled a visit. They had an automatic confirmation the day before. And the technician was on time even after navigating a nightmare parking situation.
Brian Y., the technician, was brilliant. We had a couple of hardware issues that couldnât be addressed during the visit. But everything else he was able to address quickly and right on the spot. In just over an hour, he'd addressed about half dozen issue that were happening with our Control4 system including adding and configuring a new remote. Within a few minutes he was able to correctly troubleshoot and fix an issue that addressed many smaller issues we were no longer concerned with.
