Don't ever shop here. Just like the review that said she mistaked the coupon for the receipt, I did the same thing. I purchased baseball pants that had never been worn and the tag was never removed they would not let me return them. I purchased tank tops that said they were super soft and they ended up not being soft and shrunk when they were washed. They said they would not let me return anything because the tags had been removed and I didn't have a receipt for any of it. They said no store credit. Nothing!! They said their return policy is posted on the front door when you walk in and I told them who reads the signs every time they walk into a store. They didn't care and said that's our policy. Bonnie the assistant manager ended up hanging up on me because she had to "help a customer" which I thought I was a customer, but I guess I was wrong. And when I called back she had Ryan answer the phone who was the general manager. He said the same thing of once it's worn and the tags are taken off or if no receipt nothing can be returned. He tried to claim that that's how all stores are. I told him that the clothing item that I bought had incorrect advertisement on it because it claimed to be super soft but was not at all after it was washed. His response was they don't put the tags on the clothes or control what the manufacturer puts on there. I said obviously but by selling something on his shelf for a manufacturer he becomes partly responsible for what is advertised on the clothing and when something is not accurate it should be able to be returned. He said that they have no control over it and that he can't control a customers perception. Terrible customer service and apparently has a return policy that...

Went to purchase a rifle and showed them my ID.They said my state issued drivers license had to have my full middle name.said I needed another form of ID with my full middle name such as vehicle registration or property tax papers.Nothing I had on me or my vehicle had my full name on it.So I told them what i thought and drove 28 miles round trip to get my social security card and birth certificate and went back and they still refused to sell me a rifle saying my federally issued ss card wasn't an acceptable either but a fricking voter registration card was.what a joke. The manager was rude.So I took my business elsewhere and bought the same rifle I was trying to buy there nand bought it with just my Drivers license.Will never step foot back in that store again...

Terrible Experience with the firearms department. First to see something you have to walk upfront and ask for an associate to come help. Then they take your drivers license and hold it just to look at a gun. Then finally they wont open trigger locks so you can see what the trigger feels like or even work some guns. I asked to see a side by side shotgun. The gun was physically broke. The action wouldn't open and one hammer didn't cock properly. Oh don't forget they charge 10-20% more than any other store locally. You can go across the street to McSports, and while their prices are about the same, at least you can touch the guns and work them. If you need ammo walmart has way better...
