I recently purchased an item at Kohls.com using my PayPal account. I received an email from PayPal verifying the purchase. I never received an email from Kohlâs confirming the purchase. I went to Kohlâs a couple days later. They were unable to find my account, my order, me email, my phone number, NOTHING!! After arguing with customer service then speaking to a supervisor, I was told I did not have an account and I had not purchased from them since 2023. Lies! Those orders were tied to an old email address. I have had a Kohlâs credit card and store accounts for DECADES. The supervisor informed me after many questions, Kohlâs CLOSED my credit card and store account!!! Why you say? Because I had not purchased from them in 36 MONTHS!!! Again lies. MY credit card tied to MY credit line was CLOSED by Kohlâs WITHOUT my permission!! Who do you think you are making decisions that affect MY credit history?!?! You closed an account I was still using. PayPal said the transaction was pending and would not allow me to void the transaction. Kohlâs did not even know I ever existed so they couldnât void the transaction. Both pointed crooked fingers at each other. On the day of my purchase Kohlâs and PayPal had a âmiscommunicationâ, in other words data breach. The transaction never went through cause KOHLS DELETED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME WHATSOEVER!!! Close your account. Shred your card. They care not one bit to help me resolve this issue. Kohlâs told me they were sending me the transaction amount pending in PayPal. I DONT WANT YOUR MONEY!! I WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WANT AI TO BE GONE GONE GONE!! Customer Service is gone everywhere. No human to talk to and should you get so lucky to reach a human, you canât get passed the B.S. and crooked fingers! Iâm done! Run do not walk away!! I will NEVER darken their door again.    Read moreI was at Kohl's in Yukon today, Sunday 5/5/24 @ apprx 3:45pm and had to deal with a very unfriendly, rude customer service employee. This female has strawberry blonde, long, straight hair and was wearing a pink shirt. I was upset because I was returning an Amazon item and the store moved the Amazon return area AGAIN, and not only was it moved but there weren't ANY signs anywhere telling customers where it had moved too, so I walked the entire store trying to find it. I finally found an employee who let me know it was moved back to the customer service dept, which is where I encountered the rude employee. Yes, I was upset and complained about there not being any signs, but then she rudely said "do you want to keep complaining or do you want to return your item? You can also take these returns to UPS or Staples".
