My group of 10 and I had an amazing time at this hotel. We booked it last minute and the prices were exceptional. The rooms and bathrooms were pristine and the restaurant and rooftop bar offered amazing views and were open super late. Mr Cuong GM greeted us on arrival along with his staff Ms. Lily and Ms. Megan. They were all incredibly friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our short visit to Hanoi exceptional. They arranged a private Catamaran tour to Ha Long Bay as well as drop off to the airport for our large group. After we checked out they let us leave our luggage and also offered for us to use a room for free to shower and rest before heading off to our midnight flight to Tokyo. Located inside the Le Premier Hotel - just walk pass the reception to take the lift to basement. Very clean and comfortable spa, with reasonable prices.. we did a foot massage and manicure here.. friendly and good service overall! will recommend dropping by to make an appointment beforehand for nail services as the staff may not be immediately available
