Alisa Spa in Hanoi is a true gem, an urban oasis that offers exceptional massage services, setting an exemplary benchmark in the wellness industry. This review comes after my incredibly rejuvenating experience that truly deserved to be penned down.
The moment I stepped into Alisa Spa, the tranquility swept over me, a respite from the bustling energy of Hanoi city. The décor struck a perfect balance between luxury and comfort, with gentle lighting, subtle aromas, and soothing background music that truly set the stage for the remarkable experience that was to follow.
The staff at Alisa Spa played a significant role in enhancing the overall experience. They were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about their craft. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine warmth and hospitality. The intake process was smooth, as they diligently noted down my preferences and made suitable suggestions for the best-suited therapies.
The massage itself was a magical experience. My therapist had an exceptional understanding of human anatomy and carefully tailored her technique to my personal needs and comfort level. With each stroke and knead, I could feel the tension dissipating from my muscles. The therapist skillfully navigated through my knots, leaving me in a state of complete relaxation.
What set Alisa Spa apart was the absolute precision in their execution of the massage techniques. The therapist used an array of techniques, from deep tissue to more delicate strokes, that were perfectly timed and executed, resulting in a truly therapeutic experience.
The spa also maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The massage room was immaculate, the linens were fresh, and the massage oils used were of top-notch quality, contributing to an incredibly comforting experience.
Another notable point was the spa's commitment to creating a completely relaxing experience. There was never a moment of rush; each service was unhurried, creating an environment of complete serenity and peace.
The pricing at Alisa Spa was another pleasant surprise. Given the high quality of services, the rates were very reasonable and presented excellent value for money.
In conclusion, Alisa Spa is more than just a massage parlor. It is a sanctuary where one can truly unwind and escape from the outside world. Their perfect blend of a calming environment, professional and empathetic staff, and expertly executed massages makes it an absolute must-visit when in Hanoi. From one visit alone, it’s clear that their mission to provide fantastic, client-focused therapeutic massage treatments is one they take very seriously. Alisa Spa, you've won a repeat customer, and I look forward to...
Read moreTLDR: wife and I both had an incredible experience. She got the hot stone massage. I got the Thai deep tissue, stretching massage. We only wish we had more time to have a longer session. Would absolutely go again.
My wife and I went here while we were visiting Ha Noi for our honeymoon. I got the 60’ Thai deep tissue massage with stretching and she got the 60’ hot stone massage. Although I’ve only ever had one professional massage before this, I had physical therapy therapy, and professional stretching sessions with athletic trainers and this was far superior to any of that. The MT walked on my back, stretched every muscle group from head to toe, cracked my neck and back, and even stretched my hamstrings. She then proceeded to give me a very deep tissue massage working out of the knots and tight spots. My wife said she also loved her massage, and was especially fond of the deep tissue, and hot stones. My only complaint is that I wish it was longer, but we had a flight to catch and were restricted...
Read moreI chose to visit this spa because of the high reviews however I was disappointed. I chose the one hour standard massage but was told it was very soft, so I paid for a more expensive one as I prefer a firm massage. I was asked to indicate on a diagram which areas I wanted more attention. I indicated neck, feet, head and hip/sciatic area. The masseuse was very soft and after about 10 mins I had to ask for firmer pressure. She had not asked me if the pressure was OK, as usually happens (at much cheaper places). The pressure was increased slightly for a while. The masseuse did not go anywhere near my hips or lower back. The feet and head certainly did not receive much time. She seemed to spend a long time on upper back and neck and rush through the rest. Overall I was not impressed and was embarrassed when I was presented with a QR code and asked to do a review in from of the receptionist. I declined and wrote this...
