A perfect corner of luxury within Hanoi’s bustling Old Quarter. So grateful to have stayed here during my trip to Hanoi - unfortunately I injured my back during my travels and had doctors orders for a week of bed rest. As a young solo traveller, I wanted to make sure I rested in the right hands. I chose to stay at La Mejor Indochine and it was the best place to recover. I stayed for 8 nights, and the bed was by far the comfiest I have ever slept in. The breakfast on the 10th floor was my favourite part of every day. The server Dunz remembered my order after day 1 and I didn’t ever have to ask for my Earl grey tea in the morning - a small delight that didn’t go unappreciated. The breakfast atmosphere is calm and peaceful, and the food is delicious with great variety. The hotel on a whole both looks and smells beautifully clean at all times, and the room make-up service every day was perfect. The hotel is perfectly located, just minutes away from all of Hanoi’s hot spots. The concierge make you feel seen whenever you walk past the foyer, and every staff member meets you with a genuine smile. The team members all worked perfectly together to run the hotel like a well-oiled machine, and I had absolutely no issues. I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Major IndoChine, and I must commend the team especially Mr. Du - the Front office manager for delivering a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Check-In & Customer Service: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were courteous, professional, and attentive to every detail, setting a positive tone from the outset.

Room Quality: The room was well-appointed, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. Housekeeping maintained high standards throughout my stay, and all amenities were in excellent working condition.

Facilities & Services: The hotel offers a wide range of facilities, which were well-maintained and accessible. Room service was prompt and of good quality.

Dining Experience: The on-site restaurant(s) provided a variety of dishes, with both local and international options. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served in a pleasant dining environment.

Location: The hotel’s location is convenient, with easy accessible. It served as an ideal base for both leisure and business activities.

I had an enjoyable stay in La Mejor Indochine recently. The hotel is beautiful, new, very clean and well located. The room and toilet are relatively big, and the water pressure is strong and constant. The staff are very warm and helpful. They are always welcoming the guests with great smile. Special mention to Mr Du, the front office manager who went out of his way to arrange a day tour for us. We had an enjoyable time exploring the other places of interest out of Hanoi. Breakfast at Level 10 is good and choices, aplenty. I have not got tired of eating there everyday for the 5 days I stayed there. Special mention to Ms Trang. She is very warm and hospitable, and will always make effort to make small talks with us. She could remember how we liked certain dishes and will always ask if we want the same again. She also taught us how to enjoy certain dishes like a Vietnamese would do. It is always a joy to have her served us. Having said that, all the other servers are just as attentive and hospitable. La Mejor Indochine is not just a hotel, it is one that feels like home. Kudos to all the front line staff that made this possible. The quality of service is excellent. If I ever visit Hanoi again, I will want to stay in La Mejor...
