The receptionist had a very good service attitude, but his technicians had a very bad attitude. After the massage, everyone went to the toilet. There was a technician, who was similar to a foreman, who actually blocked me with her hands and didn't let me go into the toilet. She could have said that there was a toilet downstairs, but she didn't say it at all. She knew English, but just gestured with her hands and told me to go downstairs. It was very rude. We thought there was a toilet upstairs, otherwise we wouldn't have to wait in line. Moreover, my husband and brother had finished using the toilet first, and I asked them to go downstairs first, but she didn't let them go downstairs. We had to get together before we could get in the elevator. Her attitude was very bad and very rude. This massage shop doesn't care about the privacy of the customers at all. There are truely no words that could properly describe blissful, magical and relaxing time I had at this spa. This was the most beautiful spa day I have ever and WILL ever have! My dream of a day started with an unbelievable 2hr full body massage with aroma oils, hot stones, the lady was able to fix my shoulder that I was told was unfixable. But, my day fit even better! I transitioned to a dreamy hot aroma bath with tea like water, cold and hot tea served to me and the best crackers in the world ( that I did take, how could I not?!) and the day did not finish there.
