Not professional and not good taste food.
The staff who got our order messed up the order and we didn't receive food almost for an hour. There was a table arrived 20min later than us, they received food earlier than us - and it was the same menu as we ordered.
When I entered the restaurant and said Hola to the female staff with glasses who was receiving us and she looked at me and ignored me (my voice was not small and she was not working, busy or moving. just receiving us).
About food - Nem is very very small for the price. Pho Bo soup was too salty and not authentic taste. Beef was cut too thick.
I asked no cilantro, i saw the server wrote down this memo and repeat it for me when i order. But both Pho had cilantro.
I asked about order problem to the male staff, he apologized and they gave us vine leaf appetizer for compensation, which was very kind of them.
But still, it was unpleasant experience and very overpriced. Will never go back.

Read moreTo put things in perspective, I am Asian American and enjoy Pho noodle soup regularly in the States. I am visiting BA and while I greatly enjoy the Argentine asado and pizzas, I felt like having some Pho for a change. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered the chicken Pho and it is the very WORST Pho I had in my life. Given the positive reviews (especially in TA), I had high hopes for Saigon Noodle Bar in Palermo, but my experience was deeply disappointing. I ordered the chicken pho (it comes with flat rice noodles), expecting a comforting and flavorful bowl. Instead, what I got was bland broth, overcooked noodles, and an unpleasant surprise—a rotten quail egg.
The flat rice noodles were overcooked and mushy. But the worst part? The quail egg was rotten—a clear sign of poor ingredient quality and kitchen oversight.
With so many great food options in Buenos Aires, I can’t recommend this place. If you're looking for authentic and well-made pho, this is...
Read moreI’m Vietnamese and can tell you this is not authentic Vietnamese food. Craving for pho and came here on a Sunday at 19:00 for waitress to tell me they were out of the broth. I ordered satay noodles with beef and my husband noodles with tofu. Nothing enrages me more then stingy restaurant that gives you minimal ingredients. Bun means noodles. There was definitely lots of lettuce, bean sprouts and sauce…and a few strands of noodles. I asked the waitress where were the noodles and she said that was the size of the order…for extra noodles was another 500 pesos. They made us another order but now it was altered to a different flavor. Both dishes literally tasted like random sauce thrown together and called it Vietnamese food. What’s worse is we saw the waiter taking his break and littering his own street/restaurant with a napkin he wiped his hands with. Shows the attention and care that goes into the food he is serving… Will definitely...
