One of the worst places I've ever been to. Caused so much stress, I came here to order flowers for my wedding, which was the next day.. ( I have a really tough time making a decision in general! When ordering I was told that I would be kindly assisted and shown different choices of the design. They promised me that they would make the exact bouquet that I wanted.
After not liking what they had assorted, I asked kindly for them to re-do the bouquet but with a simpler color to make it easier for all of us. The worker Narine, in the beginning wanted to seem friendly and assisting, but in the end was extremely rude through the phone, speaking in an arrogant tone, told me for me to stop changing the bouquet colors, decide something because they are all "apparently busy", even though she wasn't even in the office anymore but chose to send me constant harassing voice messages. Not only are they charging great amounts for their service, but also I asked her just to choose a simple color to go with, and she told me that I will have to chose from one of the images that she sent in the text messages, which I didn't like.
After getting frusterated, she then told me why I hadn't replied or seen the messages sooner when she had sent them, blaming me for the fact that I didn't go with what THEY wanted. She told me that they are indeed NOT going to create a bouquet that I want, but to choose from the colors given. When I told her that I wanted a simple color, she lied saying that the colors I am requesting are out of stock, meanwhile I saw that each color in the store had about 5 pounds stock in the store. Its not cool to lie , especially when I was just in the store a few hours ago.. Oh yeah! And she didn't forget to add "If you don't like the bouquet then you are free to return the money. This I'm sorry, is not how you talk to a customer, yet alone stress them out even more, when theres already so much stress before the event. I cancelled my 46,000 amd bouquet, and found the original seller off the street who sells to AMY ROSE for half the price. bam.

This is by far the worst flower shop I have ever dealt with. The delivery was extremely late, and when the flowers finally arrived, they were completely dead and unusable. To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility, the shop blamed us for not paying the delivery fee—even though I had already paid 200,000 dram for the flowers in advance.
