I ordered from you today and I am incredibly dissatisfied with your delivery. The order ended up in the trash! I ordered a double expresso, a cappuccino and fries. None of it arrived as ordered. The expresso was full of milk, the warm cappuccino a cup full of ice cubes and milk. And the fries were cold and tasted old. What kind of conditions are these? The quality is neither good nor are the prices justified. I called the Coffeeshop again and asked for clarification/support, but unfortunately I didn't receive a solution. The biggest shame was that the supplier wanted to get 500 drams change and just didn't show up. He took the money and just left. I specifically said change would be necessary when ordering. I'm disappointed because the service in the shop is great. Waste of money! And the delivery service should...
