Countless great things to say about this spot: the attention to detail regarding design is superb. Well-curated furniture from respected designers, attentive and friendly staff, great location — also, out of all the restaurants we tried in Yerevan, both expensive and cheap, this was the only one that offered real, fabric napkins instead of the thin stack of paper towels you get in almost every other restaurant. Most likely a cultural difference, and I'm not complaining in the slightest about the other establishments, but it was nice to have a square of cloth to dab my mouth with instead of having to use 6 sheets of flimsy paper. I thought I'd chosen well by opting for a simple Signature Burger: two smashed patties, cheddar, mayo, pickles, lettuce, mustard and ketchup — this was a mistake on my part though. Having both tasted and prepared countless smash burgers in my life, I'd set my bar quite high. Undoubtedly, the ingredients are fresh, environmentally sound, locally-sourced, and delicious. However, I found the burger a little dry, and overall a little cold. Delicious, still, and as a result I cannot give it less than 3 stars, but nor can I give it more than 3... I really should have chosen a non-smashed, simple patty burger. Judging by the other review photos here, the meat looks fresh and perfectly cooked (80% red, 20% grilled) — just my type of burger. Never mind. The Fries were fantastic: crispy outside and fluffy inside. My partner ordered stracciatella guacamole toast with tomato and pistachios. Delicious and simple. I had an iced latte and an orange juice (with turmeric if I remember correctly), and my partner drip coffee. Overall, superb experience, but can only give my burger and fries a maximum of three, even though I most likely would have rated it much higher had I made the right choice. I'll be coming back to test...
