Today, we had an awful experience at your restaurant. We stopped by to say a quick hello to a friend, and the hostess was incredibly rude. She asked how long we were staying, and when we explained we were just saying hi and leaving, she stood next to us, clearly trying to make us leave. When we asked why she was acting like that, she accused us of disturbing other customers, even though we weren’t causing any trouble.

We calmly mentioned that we’re regulars and she could handle the situation more politely, but she responded with a nasty attitude, even getting in our faces and telling us not to “teach her how to do her job.” This behavior is unacceptable.

If the owner or manager is reading this, I strongly suggest you reconsider her position. Her attitude just cost you a few loyal customers. We won’t be returning.

And if you’re a potential customer, I wouldn’t recommend going there. That hostess is incredibly rude and clearly doesn’t care about customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go...

This restaurant attempts to position itself as a high-end dining establishment but falls disappointingly short of that mark. The food is mediocre at best, lacking both the sophistication and quality one would expect from finer cuisine. The staff's behavior is far from polished, clashing starkly with the upscale image the restaurant strives to project. Moreover, the overall ambiance caters more to pretentiousness than to genuine quality, making it a favored spot for those more interested in appearances than in a truly refined dining experience. The sushi is good fresh and reasonably priced. However, the menue is impossible to understand no explanation of the ingredients of the cocktails. If you have known allergies this place is not for you. The bar tender has no interest in telling you anything about the ingredients (top secret kind of attitude). The shrimp tamura comes with a spicy sauce underneath which is strange, the sauce should be on the side. Overall, it is a nice place with a lot of potential of improvment in menue and attitude.
