L'ÉTÉ Cafe & Veranda — Restaurant in Yerevan

Without the veranda, this restaurant is nothing. Why? probably because of their customer service. Their 10% service charge is not justifiable with their slow, hard to approach and inattentive staffs. An hour of waiting for an order of pork ribs and a pork chop. I would have understand it if the place is full of people but only 3 tables occupied in a Friday night = almost empty. That is the main why there a "sponsored" ad displayed in Google. Most of the reviews are fake.

All in all, the pork chop is great and the iced tea raspberry was nice. However, the crispy calamary looks like fried onion ring but not crispy and pork ribs is the worst as it is super dry, chewy and extremely difficult to separate the meat from the bone. Underwhelming food an overpriced...

The service is very slow here - after 20 minutes of waiting no one came to take my order so I left. But it is not all bad - bear with me! If you find yourself in need of a toilet in Central Yerevan, walk into the Ibis hotel lobby, take a lift to the 3rd floor and use clean and well decorated toilets of L'ETE. As said toilets are situated before the restaurant reception, no one would notice that you will leave without ordering. Hope this helps. Luxurious free...

Supremely underwhelming, unreasonably expensive.

Egg Benedict that we ordered was the most plain and unsavory that I've ever tried. The portion size was tiny. And it costel way more than in other places. To be fair, cappuccino was well done.

The wait time was too long considering the place was practically empty when we arrived here.
