Due to the good reviews and a farewell dinner for myself, I decided to try this restaurant. I wanted to sit outside, but it was full. The waitress offered me to inside, I immediately refused her because it was very loud with the live band. At the end I accepted it. It’s half empty in this area, guess if you have accompany, it would difficult to talk. But I was alone, so I was ok with it. I have waited for at least 10 mins to order. Although there were at least three waitresses/waiters walking around, but they didn’t pay attention to customers and just talked to each other. I have to give a sign to the staff which belongs to the live band and he helped me to ask the waiter to come. I ordered the crispy eggplant, local red wine “Van Ardi Reserve” and a dessert “tiramisu ice-cream” which can’t be found in the menu. Everything was very delicious, l really enjoyed the food and wine. What I don’t like is the music is kind of too loud, I couldn’t even understand the waitress/waiter. There were suddenly mini flies fly around my wine and I found afterwards one dead in my wine so I told the waiter. He took it away immediately, I thought he is going to change a new glass to me. No! He brought another staff perhaps she speaks better English. She immediately told me that there is no problem with the flies and so on and she gave me the wine back. What a GOOD SERVICE?! The tiramisu ice cream was a recommendation on internet, I couldn’t find it in the menu. Ask the waiter if you want to try. After the set up a table next to my table, I thought it’s gonna to have a show and for sure it would be cheap. But the price is really reasonable, 3000 AMD only! It is indeed very delicious as well as the...
Read moreI don’t understand why some people gave this restaurant 5 stars, we were walking by decided to stop to get something, we ordered 2 ice creams each with 2 scoops, 2 bottles of water we asked for the water to be cold, and one piece of cake, the server brought the ice cream exactly 2 small scoops ( like if they were selling gold) one very small piece of cake , he opened the bottles of water himself or may be they were already open start pouring in all cups, the water wasn't cold, I said do you have ice? He brought a small bucket of ice and started putting the cubes on the top of the water, ok, the ice cream was ok no more the little piece of cake was less than average taste, when the bill came for 7,810 dram around $20 US, I realized HE CHARGED 1200 DRAM FOR THE ICE !!! To my surprise. Unbelievable. The bottle of water that you buy regularly for 100 he charged 1000 for 2 little 200 ml bottles. Seats were encumbrance like a fauteuil not comfortable for eating at the table, might be ok to watch TV. Before we finish he already came to clear the table without asking if we were done. DO NOT GO THERE, PLENTY OF NICE AND REASONABLY PRICE RESTAURANTS THEY MIGHT CHARGE ONLY 200 DRAM FOR THE WATER. AND THE SERVICE IS MUCH BETTER. I have traveled all over the world this is the only time I paid for ice I didn’t feel like arguing, just paid and we left. Not worth it at all. They want to appear as a famous restaurant, I doubt it they have the capability of being an...
