Byblos Restaurant — Restaurant in Yerevan

I dislike writing negative reviews, but I believe it's important to share my experiences to help other tourists. We recently wanted to have breakfast at the so-called "Byblos" restaurant, which has a beautiful name but unfortunately provided horrible customer service.

We arrived for breakfast at 11:30, and the lady informed us that they open at 12:30. I showed her the hours listed on Google, which indicated they should open at 10:00. She responded rudely, insisting that they had forgotten to update the hours. Treating customers in such a manner is not acceptable.

Additionally, our previous experience with breakfast here had not been satisfactory, but my friend was convinced that they had changed the chef and improved their offerings. Perhaps they have, but it's hard to enjoy the food with such poor...

I can’t speak on behalf of the food but we heard it was nice, the problem arose after our waitress came to our table. It was 12pm on 04/12/2024 and the restaurant wasn’t busy, only us and another individual on a separate table so our waitress wasn’t too busy. She came to our table and asked if we wanted anything, I replied “two minutes please we’re still looking”. She rolled her eyes in front of me in disgust and left the table without saying anything.
