First and foremost, the customer service was exceptional every time. They were friendly and always attentive to the needs of their customers. They gave personal recommendations and were overall a joy to be around. The drink selection was extensive and the presentation of the Cirpriani Bellini was of standard.

As for the food, the garlic bread was delicious. I was, however, disappointed by the steak quality that I received on the night as it was not cooked to my liking (medium rare) and the overall quality of the meat was not something I would expect at a restaurant of this type and price range. I will give the benefit of the doubt and say this was just a bad day. 4/10.

As for the pasta, I really enjoyed the 'Pappardelle Bolognese' and the way it blended classical flavours in a rich meaty sauce. The pappardelle itself was of high quality and really sealed the deal of this dish. 9/10.

As for desserts, my personal favourite was the panna cotta. 9/10. The semifreddo was okay but was personally overshadowed by the panna cotta - 7.5/10.

Heartbroken! Visiting from India. A crew at Intercontinental hotel suggested me to try this restaurant tonight (June-6-2019). I went to this place with a friend. We were attended by a young (Asian) lady. She was EXTREMELY RUDE from the start until we left. Didn’t bother to ask if my water needs a refill or how am I doing with the food. We ordered lamb shank and chicken pasta. I waited like 10 minutes to request a soft drink (I don’t do alcohol). I had to show signal to grab their attention to get water refill and soft drink. We didn’t feel welcomed and so we wanna pack our $75 worth dinner. The plate was grabbed from the table with so much anger and she literally threw the cheque on our table. I wanted to talk about her BIASED BEHAVIOUR (she’s all smiley to other white people) but she never looked at us. We expressed our disappointment to other male server whose response/reaction was dissatisfactory. I was so offended and disappointed by the way they treated me and my friend. I’m starting to wonder if this what racial discrimination feels like!...

I didn't really enjoy my meal here, although admittedly it may have just been a result of the particular night I went and the dishes I ordered. I was a bit disappointed when I ordered the chicken breast, and it turned out to really just be chicken breast with sauce and a couple of stalks of broccolini. Especially when my friends were sitting down to lovely heaped bowls of pasta. I ordered a desert afterwards because I was still hungry, the strawberry & mascarpone parfait... the toffee on it was wonderful but the parfait itself I found inedible. It was as if someone had literally just stuck strawberries and cream in a blender, and then froze it. I left hungry. The restaurant itself was very noisy, and packed so tightly in with people that my friends and I struggled to move anywhere.

The location is convenient and my friends didn't mind their dishes, so maybe my review would be different if I tried it on a quieter night and ordered a different meal. But for now, I am...
