If you guys had a mistake please just apologise to customer and do not make a any more mistakes in the future.

I’ve been there quite a lot of time including takeaway and uber order too. I used to be like your restaurant a lot but currently the food and service quality is decreasing so I wrote the reviews.

Please check my payment history, and don’t be lied to customer.

The payment history is when I used to pay card, it is not included my cash payment. Also, it only show up limited years history.

I’ve been here for a long time, but I’m so disgusted with the horrible service today.

Untrained staff served my table and she took a wrong order for overcharging the bills. Furthermore, It’s terrible experience when is foods came up, inside of the lettuces have insects and the prawn is undercooked. The beef noodle soup was horrible MSG taste only, moreover the beef was stick together seems to be it was frozen and chef just dumped it.

Once, the payment the bill, the lady is absolutely rude and I was realizing that the common sense dead in here. She just repeated unclearly what we ordered and she told me that she was checked the my order with my partner when I’ve been outside. She wasn’t apologizing the staff mistakes and keep push me on payment. I would like to explained to her how the staff did common mistake but she was so obsessed with money and she seems like not communicating.

I could understand that the staff sometimes have a mistake and untrained, so I don’t mind to pay more than what I ordered. Nevertheless, The owner and staff was so ridiculous and I couldn’t believe how they were so rude to their customers.

I will never come back because the food and service is destroyed by the owner and it will nothing get better...

I attended my friends birthday dinner and karaoke here. The food was ok with a good vegetarian selection for me. The food came out quickly. They have giant lazy susans on the table, so it makes sharing the food among the table easy. Just be sure your wine glasses don't get knocked over by a stray piece of serving cuttlery as it spins! 😅

The one downfall I found was the order of the karaoke. There was no system. You handed your song selection in via a piece of paper, and they just have a shuffled pile on the desk. A number of us put our names into the karaoke queue at the very start of the night when there was only 50% of the tables sat. My whole table put in their song before myself, yet I was the 1st of our table called. And was called super early in the night. Our birthday girl had put her song in 1st at our table and probably 4th for the night, but her name was 2nd last to be called?? It made no sense, and you could see people at their tables becoming confused and frustrated trying to do the maths of how some people were being called up multiple times and others did not get to even sing. (Yes, that's right, they ran out of time, and many people didn't even get called)

The atmosphere was amazing, the room sings and dances along with you no matter how good or bad you are, which was awesome! But the karaoke needs to be better managed!!

Also the parking situation is confusing and congested! So arrive early and make sure the restaurant validates your ticket, so you pay $20 instead of over $100!!! I'm not kidding. 2 hours of parking is $40 without validation, and the prices increase drastically...

My family decided to not ever visit this restaurant ever again.

Ordered 3 phos, with cooked bean sprouts, and fresh noodles. What we got was 2 phos, uncooked bean sprouts, and the waiter missed my daughter's pho. If I didn't mention it, we might have had to wait for her food another hour.

Finally, my daughter got her noodles, but it was clear noodles even after i strictly said fresh. After another 15mins waiting, all my family lost our appetite, our good vibe and also felt disrespected.

The overall customer service of this restaurant are unprofessional, unresponsive and most of all, the food is not special comparing to their arrogant service.

I ordered three phos and definitely the waiter didn't get one of the orders properly missed one order, like all my family agreed. that's why they suggested the free of charge because of the late food.

I never be happy to get any discount, just wanted to enjoy our dinner with family.

The reason why I paid the food was me and my husband tried some portion of food, and we decided, will never touch the food when we dislike their customer service or something, and just leave the table.

Rather than apologizing in a good manner, my husband said, he never seen that kind of rude customer service since we arrived at this country in 2013.

I prefer paying the whole amount, rather ruin my weekend night.
