Wife and I visited ramen kann as avid ramen lovers keen to try and find a new one near us. We've had plenty of ramen in Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and Asia mixed and ramen kann definitely at the top of the list.

We both had the spicy broth. I forgot to take a photo before but I think the after photo speaks for itself haha.

Awesome ramen, noodles are firm but not chewy, broth is thick and but not oily, rich but not overpowering. The cha shu pork is good and they torch it which helps its flavour. Overall super nice ramen.

Definitely resonate another person said to add some condiments here, specifically add some crushed garlic paste, some white pepper or pickled ginger would be super awesome.

Can't wait to come back...

This is the best chicken ramen I’ve had in Brisbane. The broth had depth of umami flavour that I haven’t had anywhere else. I ordered the original ramen which has two slices of pork and some bean sprouts, I think the only difference between this and the delux is that the delux comes with egg and seaweed. Regular size comes with 130g of noodles but if you want a large for $1 more it comes with 200g of noodles. Not the cheapest ramen but $19 for a bowl is pretty standard these days. There’s no card surcharge which was nice. Highly recommend giving this restaurant a try. I believe it’s a one man show, so the staff member was cooking at the back and serving at the front, so I had to wait a bit before...

I went for lunch with my partner, he got the deluxe Ramen while I got the deluxe spicy Ramen. The food came out reasonably fast and we both loved the food. I haven't had good experiences with ramen places in the past but this totally changed things for me. It was both delicious and filling. My partner loved his as well, he said it tasted alot healthier than most places he had been to. While they don't have as many options as other places I can definitely say the choices they do have are well worth it. The staff were very kind and welcoming it was definitely a very pleasant experience. We definitely plan on going back next time we have a...

Beautifully decorated shop. Spacious seats, clean, small artful Dj stage and little space at the counter selling Japanese handcrafted pouches and other small items Best paitan ramen I’ve had in bne We got the spicy deluxe with extra chashu and a side of pork gyozas The noodles texture was super on point!! The soup was so creamy and flavorful and the big portion was more than sufficient for 2 pax tbh Gyoza was stuffed to the brim, big and juicy!! Loved the entire experience here and would return all the time!! It’s right beside the mater. Would be super convenient for healthcare staff to visit for lunch!!
