While the food was delicious, the party of 4 that I was dining with ended up waiting 50 minutes for our meals. Apparently this is because someone at our table ordered a curry, and these have a long wait time, which is fine, but it was not indicated anywhere that this is the case until one of us went up and asked. When the food did arrive, one of the meals was slightly wrong (requested without veggies, but came with them) and had to be taken back and altered.
Because of this delay other tables had been seated, served, eaten and left before we were even served.
Overall the food was good, but the wait was not great. I will give it another shot to see if this is normal, or a one off occurrence.
Edit: Unfortunately, things did not improve much on the second visit. Food arrived much faster this time, with one meal coming out every 5 minutes (although due to a mix up the last one took 10) for a total of 25 minute wait time. The food was still okay this time, but orders were seemingly not tracked properly and my meal was given to someone else with their extra sides. When this was raised, they took the meal away and gave the other person their proper meal and mine was taken to the kitchen. When it came back it was much small than the other meals at the table, approximately the size of a lunch special, even though I had ordered the more expensive full size option (and also noticeably smaller than the first time I dined here).
All in all, I am regrettably unable to recommend this location at this time, as although the food is good, the operations and processes between the kitchen and your table leave something...

I rarely leave bad reviews, but our experience at this Thai restaurant was truly disappointing and frustrating from start to finish.
To begin with, there was only one table with the customer in the restaurant so they were not busy. Water was not provided when we sat down. We ordered Tom Yum soup with rice, but instead, we were given a Tom Yum seafood salad. When we informed the staff, there was no apology or confirmation that the correct dish would be sent out.
We waited 20 minutes with zero communication or update. Eventually, we went to the counter to ask what was happening. The rice on our table was already cold, and again—no explanation, no apology. I asked if we were supposed to keep waiting, and the staff member simply nodded without saying a word.
When the correct dish finally arrived, still no apology. We had also ordered water and another beer; the water came, but the beer never did. By that point, we were ready to leave because the service had been extremely poor.
To top it all off, they charged us for that beer we never received. No one acknowledged the mistake or apologised, and we had to correct them. Again, no apology.
Honestly, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. There was a complete lack of basic customer service from both the bar and floor staff. A smile, a simple "sorry," or any form of communication would’ve gone a long way—but we received none of that. We won’t be coming...

The plane landed. By the time we got to Fortitude Valley and got the key to the apartment it was already 9:30 pm. No time to sleep now, we were starving. A quick search showed that all the nearby Thai restaurants were closing at 9:30 or 10:00 pm. So we decided to walk to KFC. But along the way, one Thai restaurant caught our attention, Full Moon & Bar Restaurant. It said it closes at 1:00 am. Perfect! We shouldn't pass by a restaurant that catered to our needs. We went in and was greeted by real Thais. We went upstairs and took our seats in a nice and cosy environment. We browsed through the colourful menu and placed our orders. Not long after the food came.
Unlike some expensive restaurants in Glenelg, Adelaide where there was hardly any food on the plate, this restaurant knew we were there to eat. So the aromatic food came in huge quantity, enough for you to blurt "That's a lot!" And you wonder how you were going to finish it. We never finished it. Each dish was so delicious. The fried noodles was soft and succulent. The deep fried barramundi was dressed in all sort of toppings which I have never seen before. The sour stew was what it meant to be - sour and tasty. The grilled sliced beef was nicely salted. What a memorial evening it was. Authentic Thai food cooked by real Thai and served by real Thai.
