Terrible, we have been here multiple times now and each time results in either myself and or my friends being 'asked to leave'. Birdees is a place where if you drink too much your asked to leave, drink too little asked to leave, sit down for too long asked to leave, in the bathroom too long asked to leave. Their poor choice in security prey on those doing these things and ask you to leave with no reason. Yet, if your drunk and in the middle of the dance floor- that's okay. It is very evident that these types of people are kept in and or kicked out, and its not acceptable to be asked to leave and provide no reasoning to your exit, they follow you out like a criminal and give dirty looks as you leave. The security both inside and outside of the venue are rude, and if they tell you to 'come back in an hour' don't even bother because they have already banned for you the night. The price of $15 to enter is an absolute rip off, I've already paid an arm and a leg to enter to be there for about an hour to just be told to leave with no explanation, absolutely terrible. I know there is more than myself feeling like this and Birdees needs to change their ways, the building is way over max capacity and yet they still continue to let people in. People already get trampled on without any emergencies, so imagine what it would be like in a bad situation. Bar tenders often over change you and think you don't notice because 'your too drunk', so for me I only use CASH to know i'm receiving the right change back. Their floors are gross, spilt, empty cups on all tables and the toilets are not regularly cleaned throughout the night, this is evident on both levels. On the whole, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, design and atmosphere of Birdees. I would more or less recommend my friends here, whether for events or a general night out. However, as was pointed out by a few reviews here, after purchasing two drinks, I, like many others was aggressively directed out by the security for no apparent reason. I had read a few reviews beforehand and decided to see, since I was confident that I was sober, if it was possible to be allowed back in and spend whatever amount I can with my friends. Long story short, the night consisted of me getting "kicked" out 3 times and allowed in 3 more times, spanning between 9pm (first time that I was told to leave) and 11pm (When I was finally allowed back and enjoyed the last half hour or so minutes with friends before leaving). The same line (paraphrasing), "I don't care what the other staff say, if I kicked you out, you are for good" and "I follow my own rules here" was the reason for each “kick" despite the entrance staff saying otherwise. I am very thankful for them allowing me to go back after the third attempt, (likely because waiting in line for an hour and half in total probably meant I was sober regardless) but in short, if they tell you to get out, just get out and dont waste time questioning them or trying to get back in as I did, because its probably not worth it. On 1/10 went to Birdees with friends. I was actually the sober driver, so not drunk just having a good time and dance with friends. To the bartender on the 2nd floor behind the first bar next to the door, with the radio, black long straight hair: please find another job because you so clearly hate this job! Hereby my official complaint. I worked in hospitality for more then 10 years and I have seen bad attitudes but this girl was treating people like absolute garbage. Rolling eyes, cranky face, ignoring everyone as much as she could. When I said to her, why so cranky lighten up people just getting drinks, she called security and I was asked to leave 🤣 I would honestly say I would not come back here for any reason. I would go out of my way to avoid this club. The security was just doing his job, which is fair enough so no complaints to him. To the manager; step it up... this attitude of your staff is shock-ing. I spoke with you on the night and you told me the staff member said you were rude so you need to leave. I respect that you stick up for your staff but I would be very mindful of what staff you hire. When I am reading the reviews here this is not the first time that people complain about the rudeness and absolute lack of customer service from your staff.
