For $11 a drink, this is complete ripoff, not worth it, find a better place. Friend and I decided to give the popular matcha strawberry, upon my friend ordering they told her. They told us they were low on strawberry and couldn’t make 2 large but could make 1 large and 1 small oddly enough. When receiving our drinks, they did not taste anything like strawberries and barley like matcha. We gave them the benefit of the doubt for the fact they said they were low on matcha. I went alone later in the week, early in the morning hoping for a better experience. Informed the staff about my previous drink and didn’t get any apology, rather was told “well we have strawberry today” My second drink was not any better and still tasted barely like strawberry or good matcha. Had a pretty disappointing experience today, which is a shame since we actually love this cafe. I ordered two small iced matcha lattes with soy, which should’ve came up to $7.50 each (according to the menu), but we were charged $16 instead. I had a feeling we were overcharged since we've visited before, but I didn’t check the total since my boyfriend paid. After the payment, the staff asked if we wanted strawberry matcha or regular, so they clearly knew there was a mistake, but didn’t offer to fix it.
