one star is for the attitude, not the food! I ordered curry rice today and forgot to tell them to take it away. I have ordered their food many times before, and every time they would ask me if I want to take it away, the cashier may be new this time, he didnât ask me and I also forgot to say that I want to take away. First of all, this is my fault, I didn't make it clear whether to pack it or not. Then I went to pick up the meal ten minutes later, and I said, âcan this be packed?â. One of the staff looked at me in surprise and and so shuck, I don't know why he was so shuck. He confirmed my number with me again. Then another staff came out and asked me Did you told him to , I don't know if he is the manager, I told him I forgot to say it. Then the manager started to blame me, you need to tell him to take away, so we can pack it for you. didn't say anything, I don't think it matters, they can just put the food in the take away box and give it to me, I even did not blame them. They said to help me pack now, and then the manager kept blaming me and said, next time remember to say âtake awayâ. I don't think it needs to be said so much at all, and there was no one in the store at that time, and they were even not busy, I just bother them for a few minutes either. Their expressions were very disappointing , and they kept blaming me for not saying to âtake awayâ. I'm really disappointed for their service attitude. It's my fault that I forgot to say âtake awayâ, but there's no need to keep blaming me. About 2 months ago, my friend he told me he has ordered one noodles for âtake awayâ, one curry rice for âeating thereâ, but they did all take away, and my friend was waiting for it 40 minutes. Even if we say whether to take away or not, you will get it wrong as well. I really thank you for your lessons, and I will make clarify my needs next time. sorry no more ânext timeâ . It is all the fault of our...
Read moreLovely ramen place with ramen, donburi and bentos! My family got their shoyu special, mayo charsui and spicy shoyu tonkatsu ramen. The broth was very savory and had a bit of a nice sesame twang to it. The meat was absolutely exquisite, bursting with juice and so soft, it's a must! It also came with half a soft boiled egg which was so velvety. The spicy broth was actually very manageable, speaking as a person with a rather low spice tolerance. The donburi came with very soft, shredded pork topped with lots of mayo. The pork was super soft as well but their noodles definitely topped their rice dish. Prices were also very cheap, especially being in a rather overpriced mall. The only fault I can find here is that their staff don't speak English too well and there was a bit of miscommunication. They have a special system called kaedama or go large. The waitress explained kaedama as the broth, noodles and topping separated into different bowls and go large as putting it all together. Turns out that go large also added extra noodles for free while kaedama was half the amount of noodles. With kaedama you have the option of adding extra noodles later in the meal when you've finished your noodles but have extra broth to spare (this is also free). Overall, the food was good and we left with full and...
Read moreI dined in for lunch around 12pm today and ordered no.7 Shio. The first photo is what I was served with. There were 2 slices of pork, almost 80-90% is fat, I flipped over both slices and looked for what I can eat, really nothing much. I thought for a bit and went to the counter and spoke to the waitress and told her this. She had a look at the meat and asked if I wanted to swap, I said yes. The second photo was the replacement. The meat were cold. This was not a good experience. If I didn't raise this with them, I would have just paid $14 for a bowl of soup and noodle literally. I don't think they should have served 80-90% fat to their customers. It was waste of time during my lunch break. I had lunch in this restaurant around 2018, the food was nice and nothing like this. It was a bad experience and I felt they focused too much on the presentation of the food not...
