We ordered using the website so the business didn’t incur additional charges from Ubereats or Deliveroo (as they request on their in store advertising). Website stated pick up time of 8.10pm. I arrived at 8.10, waited about 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged - and that was after the ubereats dude walked in after me and just barked his order and pushed in front of me. The single employee in the shop finally served me. I told him I was here to pick up an order for 8.10. He had not even started it and told me it would be about 10-15 more minutes. While I understand he was working on his own in the shop, my frustration is to the owners in having an ordering service on their website that states a pick up time that is completely inaccurate. Unfortunately the food was not great by any means. The price was what I consider expensive for what you get. We really try to support local business but unfortunately this is one we will not be returning to.

Ordered 4 x pizzas with a cost of over $100 and they would have to be the worst pizzas I've ever seen or eaten in my life. They were constructed with no love at all. The presentation was terrible. It looked like they were pinned on the wall and the ingredients just thrown at the base. "If it hits the base, all good, if it doesn't, who cares" As for the taste they were that bad my 16 year old Son couldn't even eat them, and he can eat anything. The smoky pork pizza tasted like soggy cat food The BBQ chicken pizza tasted like a Woolworths roasted chicken that had been sitting in its bag in the sun for 4 days. Absolutely Disgusting and a waste of a good $100. Think twice people before you order from here. (The pizza slice in the photo is meant to be BBQ chicken and I can't confirm what the 2 piece of white stuff is because I don't know. But I do know it's not chicken)

My wife and I recently picked up a couple of takeaway pizzas from here for dinner. Don’t get me wrong, the pizza was actually very tasty and my wife and I enjoyed them both. What’s not enjoyable is paying nearly 20 dollars for a ā€œregularā€ sized pizza that is literally the size of my hand. To me, a regular pizza would be a ā€œnormalā€ sized pizza that everyone knows, enjoys and loves which can easily feed 1 person. This pizza should actually be called a small because in no way is it a ā€œregularā€ size and is misleading. 2 pizzas from here was definitely not enough dinner for 2 people. I understand it is probably quite hard for a small business in this current environment and they need to raise prices to keep the doors open, but you need to call your sizes what they actually are to avoid confusion and people being let down.

Ordered delivery from the website. Accidentally gave them next doors address. Attempted to call them to fix error but their phone was disconnected. Waited about 45 mins and decided to drive to store to pick up instead.

There were 2 people working in-store on a Friday. They were not wearing hair nets or gloves when handling food. They told us they hadn't started our order yet. After another 45 mins they handed us our food. The chicken mushroom pasta had very little sauce and the pasta was quite dry. Also it had no chicken and no mushroom. They didn't have the dessert we ordered either. The pizzas were ok, Cheese spread was a bit poor. 5/10.

As we sat waiting, we could see they had no hot box to store waiting orders. Also the delivery drivers (3rd party from uber and the like) seemed to just give up on waiting and cancel their delivery. I couldn't imagine how long customers would have waited for their food to arrive.

Some advice from a former fast food manager:

Have more than 2 staff on a Friday night. The chaos is inevitable with that small of a crew. I would bet money the phone did work but they decided to unplug it due to lack of staff available to answer it.

Get a hot box or a sanitary way to store hot orders while they wait. If you are relying on uber drivers to deliver the food. You can't be certain they will be there when the food is ready.

Food safety is paramount, give your staff hairnets and gloves, I'd even suggest aprons as well. In regards to your pasta. I couldn't imagine it was made fresh, it was most likely bulk made and dished out into containers to be heated later. Quality control is needed here to ensure each serving has all ingredients.

My friend that paid has already called to organise a refund so I don't need you to follow up with me but I do hope you take this feedback and work on your store. Your pizza has potential but your store needs a lot of work before I would ever consider...

I never like to complain in reviews but feel compelled with this dining experience. We ordered UberEats from Miltonio, and the value for money was terrible. Pizzas $20+ dollars and the size of a bread and butter plate (9in). Seemed expensive however the pictures online next to each menu item looked amazing, and we're always happy to pay for quality.

What we received was totally disappointing. Bocconcini ordered as an extra on one pizza ($3) and not received. Four cheese pizza missing gorgonzola and possibly the bocconcini. The bases are thin which we have no-issue with (was extra charge again for a thicker base) however they were very ordinary. The pizzas weren't loaded with toppings in the way the images online suggested, they were thin - may as well have been mde on a wrap - and bland. We also ordered chicken and bacon napoli pasta ($22) that we counted two pieces of bacon and one visible piece of chicken in. The sauce was so sparse that the pasta was barely red in colour and it was extremely dry to eat; the only moisture in the dish was the over melted cheese covering the top.

We order from different stores to share our business around but this one won't receive an order again. For the almost $100 spend, we would have had enough tatsy food for days from others we've used, instead we got three tiny pizza's and an...

This review originates from a delivery personnel associated with Uber Eats. The gentleman at the West End location exhibited a notably arrogant and unprofessional demeanor. The store's hours indicate it opens at 4 PM on Sundays. I received the order notification on my app at 4:05 PM and arrived at the establishment by 4:10 PM, only to find the individual just arriving and unlocking the store. While this was somewhat frustrating, it was not a significant issue at first. I informed him that the app was already accepting orders from Uber and other services. In response, he dismissively stated, "So what? It's perfectly fine." I expressed that it was a waste of time for drivers when the store was not prepared to fulfill orders. He continued to insist, in a passive-aggressive manner, "So what? It works for me." At that point, I chose to leave, as it was clear he was not open to a constructive conversation.

I am willing to wait at the store for five to ten minutes, despite the inconvenience. However, being met with indifference from someone who is clearly in the wrong is quite disheartening. It later became apparent that this individual is the owner of the establishment as I contacted another unit to find way to pass the...
