Sam's Thai Kitchen: Big Flavors, Big Portions, Homey Vibes Sam's Thai Kitchen offers a satisfying Thai experience with generous portions and reasonable prices. Most dishes hover around the $20 mark, but you definitely get your money's worth! What I loved: Crispy Pork Thai Basil: This was the star of the show! Perfectly crispy pork with a fragrant and spicy basil sauce. A must-try! Flavorful Curries: The curries burst with authentic Thai flavors. Rich, aromatic, and delicious. Homey Atmosphere: The restaurant has a cozy, inviting interior that makes you feel right at home. Lively Music: The upbeat music added to the dining experience and created a fun atmosphere. Huge Portions: Be prepared to take home leftovers! The serving sizes are incredibly generous. What could be improved: Pad Thai: While everything else was fantastic, the Pad Thai was a bit of a letdown. It lacked the complexity and balance I usually look for in this dish. Overall: Despite the slightly underwhelming Pad Thai, Sam's Thai Kitchen is a great spot for a casual and satisfying Thai meal. The generous portions, reasonable prices, and flavorful dishes make it a winner. Just be sure to order the Crispy Pork Thai Basil – you...

There are not many authentic Thai restaurants in Brisbane. The prevalent majority have been considerably modified to suit people with bland taste buds. This is not the case with Sam's Thai Restaurant. As a person whom lived off and on in Thailand for many years, I can confirm that Sam's Thai Kitchen has very authentic and delicious food. There is no comparison between authentic Thai and Australian bastardised Thai food. Authentic is simply divine and the other is just disappointing in comparison. I particularly love their; tom yum, tom ka gai, jungle curry, pad kra pow, larb moo, som tam, pad see eu, tom saap etc. Most Australian's won't have tried these dishes, but you should, if you haven't, as they're absolutely divine. The only downside of this restaurant is the lack of free parking available. But the train station is nearby, paid parking, buses etc. Also, the food is very affordable and well worth the money. Seriously, this is probably the best Thai restaurant in Brisbane. Do yourself a favour and...

📍Extremely tasty, fresh, fragrant food with amazing aromas.

💲I’ve been here for the all you can eat week day lunch and it’s brilliant! High energy, great price and very busy - so just be patient, they will refill your favourite dish if it’s not there when you go to fill your plate 😃

But today is Sunday so I ordered off the menu.

🐟 First up - house made fish cakes and they were the perfect texture, full of flavour and delicious chopped green bean plus house made sauce!

🍗 Followed by their E-San (Isan) style KAI TÁI NAM ไก่ใต้น้ำ (slow cook chicken with Thai herbs, shallots, coriander, lemongrass, spicy chilli paste) This was outstanding! Fr. And the serving was so big I had to get a takeaway...

Had the chance to try their lunch buffet when I had an appointment in the city, the space is quite small however the food was tasty, simple thai food (my fav was the pad see ew, the green curry and the panang curry). Some items are the same every day : fried chicken wings, fried rice, steamed rice. The price point of $14.90 for a buffet is definitely their main attraction. Some hot black coffee and sugar are provided, along with water, chilli condiments and napkins. I wouldn’t be complaining about other things for this price alone. Thank you~

We arrived at 11 am and it said open at 11 am but we still waited at the line for 20-25 mins until they actually opened! The staff was nice and helpful ! The space is a bit small but the food was so authentic! Love their Thai curry!! And the price is$13 that's all you can eat is worth it for the wait! All you can eat is also some fruit and free coffee ! And I saw some office people do the takeaway as well! And next door also got a Thai market so It was great after lunch that could have a walk and get some groceries!
