Easily my favourite place to eat of all time. Iโm not a vegan , and I donโt label myself as one , or even a vegetarian for that fact - however , if the option is there to eat a vege meal, a large majority of the time I will take it. But with that being said, Tea Master has been and always will be my favourite place to dine.
I have been going to Tea Master with my family since before I can remember, maybe 10-15 years ago. Since then, Iโve come back again and again, simply because their dishes are second to none. They have been family run since day one and everything is made on site. I love every single dish I try here and have never been disappointed.
Whilst the interior and exterior of the venue arenโt your typical, Instagram trendy type, the quality & efficiency of their food / service are enough to get a 5 star review. There is something about a simple, non-fancy restaurant/cafe that always makes the food better than most.
Genuinely there arenโt many days that I donโt crave something from there & often find myself struggling to find the time to go, as they close so early! By the time I finish work and get to the shop, they are already closing or have already closed!
I couldnโt say anything negative about the place besides the opening hours & will continue to support them. I wish they would open another store away from the valley because I honestly donโt enjoy being in the valley sober (itโs a nightmare honestly) but itโs definitely worth it. Tea master noodles, salt & pepper fried โchickenโ, their โduckโ rice & dumplings are my recommendations.
Thank you for the many years of hospitality, I have brought MANY friends here over time & word has spread far and wide about the wonderful...
ย ย ย Read moreWe travelled to this restaurant on two seperate occasions to find it closed both times; despite it very clearly being shown as open on the Google business page. Allegedly there were Facebook posts to inform of these sudden closures. We do not have Facebook so we did not see the supposed posts. We did attempt to contact them on their active Instagram page which is also unfortunately not being monitored. We have tried approximately half of the items on the menu. Some are tasty, some are not. The food is average at best as is the presentation and portion sizes. The restaurant itself has no parking and limited seating. The outdoor seats are situated right on the main road so you can barely hear a low level conversation across the table. When we expressed our concern for spending 2hrs in total going to and from the restaurant (expecting it to be open during listed trading hours) we were not offered anything for our inconvenience. When youโre dining somewhere and you donโt receive proper service, you can often expect a free drink or a small discount off the bill. Unfortunately this business was not willing to be held accountable, therefore we wonโt be returning. We want to support businesses that care about...
ย ย ย Read moreSadly I wasn't aware of 'Tea Master' in the Valley until recently. I decided to give it a go last night after a pretty good recommendation. Firstly, the setting was not excessively decorated or 'Trendy' but I do like the places that focus more on the food. Secondly, the menu was VERY well rounded with so many great sounding choices. Thirdly, the service was pleasant and very fast. But lastly, the food was quite fantastic! I was told that the Vegan Duck within the Bento box was astounding (and it really was) I also tried a spicy mushroom dish that was quite good. Other than this we tried a dumpling soup that was quite well priced for the size and was very nice tasting. The cost of eating at this place was very reasonable and I will...
