Segafredo Zanetti Brisbane — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I have a Philips Saeco automatic espresso machine that I bought when still living in South Africa - as far as I am aware, that model is not sold in Australia anymore. However, when I phoned Segafredo they were more than happy to help me (this after phoning another service who said they couldn't service Saeco machines anymore due to lack of parts). I took my machine in that afternoon, after a brief look at it I was told they knew what the issue was and to leave it there. 24 hours later I received a text to say that my machine was ready. They serviced and cleaned my machine and replaced a few o-rings, for a VERY reasonable fee. The machine works perfectly now. I recently ordered coffee pods from Zegafreedo and found the online ordering process to be straightforward and user-friendly, which made the purchase experience quite pleasant. However, I believe the delivery timeline could be improved, as the arrival took longer than expected.

Despite the delay, I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the product itself. Once the coffee pods arrived, I was completely pleased with my purchase.

I would highly appreciate if Zegafreedo could work on speeding up the delivery process, as this would make the overall experience even better. As a satisfied customer, I look forward to future purchases and sincerely hope that improvements can be made in this area.

First time I been to Segafredo Zanetti shop here in Bowen hill, Brisbane and introducing to the coffee maker the La Pavoni Europiccola by 2 gentlemen in the shop by the name Rosario and Roberto who served me last Friday. I immediately purchased the coffee maker and it was the best coffee I ever made.
