Came here because we were servicing our BMW'S at the temporary service centre and needed a place to sit for a while.

Was told this place was "lovely and really nice" by the staff at BMW, and oh boy they weren't wrong.

Staff were really nice; patent with me too as I stood at the counter for 5m deciding what to get lol. Ended up getting a mixed berry smoothie and a Wagyu beef Burger.

Currently just finished my smoothie and the beef Burger is still going down, but they are both so good I had to take a break and write this review.

Prices were for two people ordering breakfast.. I think we paid abt $50 in total for two meals and two drinks, which sure is a bit steep but compared to other restaurants which charge the same, at least here the food is worth the price. Plus with about 15 people in the restaurant before us, the waiting time was only abt 10min

One complaint is when it got a bit windy, the open windows turned it into a bit of a wind tunnel. And it brought a few fruit flies in which weren't pleasant.

In summary however, if your in the area or waiting for you BMW to be serviced this is the place for you!! (As long as they take care of the wind and resulting fruit flies)

Also kudos for the creative name took me a while to...

I Ordered an iced coffee, I Get given an iced latte.

They told me to specify no ice… then next time I go in & say no ice they tell me they don’t need me to specify… I go in again and ask for an iced coffee and get given an iced latte… again. I’m not wasting my money on a product I don’t want.. i paid for what I ordered… the order was repeated back to me and still came out wrong.

Don’t own a coffee shop if you don’t know what a simple difference between an iced latte and an iced coffee is…

If you can’t remember the difference then take one of them off your menu so you don’t confuse yourselves and annoy your customers.

Incase you’re wondering the difference, An ice latte looks like a regular latte. With the ice representing the 1cm of foam that sits ontop filling the inside of the glass.

An iced coffee looks like a cappuccino with a scoop of Ice cream to keep it cool, and the cream (with chocolate powder ontop) to represent the traditional cappuccino with heaped foam that sits above the...

I had to “kill” about 4 hours today while I was waiting to meet my daughter. I wasn’t feeling the best so went into Bowen Arrow Cafe to have an ice coffee and to sit down out of the sun. I paid for my coffee and asked the lovely young lady if I could use their cafe to wait for my daughter. I told her I would buy food and more coffee. She said “of course you can stay and you don’t have to buy anything “. How nice is that? Really, where would you find that? I ended up buying an ice coffee and then another one later on. And I must say the ice coffee was delicious and refreshing. They even reserved the table for me when I popped out to check if my car tyres had been chalked as I was in a 2 hour parking spot. The food looked delicious too but I wasn’t hungry. I highly recommend this little cafe and the very polite and friendly staff. And a big thank you to...

Popped in on a whim for a quick catch up with a friend. Seating area was spacious. Out of the money delicious menu items We picked chicken bagel and a halloumi bagel and absolutely devoured them. I was really happy to see the gluten-free option as well. The portion sizes were great and so was the quality of food. The coffee was amazing as well. Being such a Central location the only downside was parking, but after a little bit of a search managed to find one close by street parking was easily sorted. Now that I know how accessible and great this café is I can’t wait to go back and try some more of the bagels and perhaps the açai bowl when the weather is warmer. Thanks so much for a great experience.

Pretty average, food took a while to come out although it wasn't busy. I was very disappointed by the "cheese kransky" in the Big Breakfast. Three small tough, dry slices of sausage which were inedible. No acknowledgement from staff when we walked in. Iced tea was just cordial. Dirty fridges next to our table took away from what could have been a nice atmosphere. YouTube video for cafe music kept playing adverts which was distracting. Wouldn't come back.
