The End Bar — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Bar has a good vibe and awesome live bands. Had a horrible experience soon as I entered though. Small girl behind the bar was extremely rude because I asked for a Diet Coke. I then asked for 2 normal cokes (no alcohol) and she asked for ID from myself but not the person I was with. She then proceeded to serve people alcohol standing right next to me without checking ID who looked much younger than myself. I am fine to show my ID but her rudeness and unfairness absolutely shocked me. Working in customer service myself I understand that staff have bad days but this girls attitude was something I’ve never experienced before. We didn't get food here so can't comment on that. But what I can comment on is the absolutely AMAZING hospitality of Finn and Alana. Tonight, they were such accommodating and wonderful hosts . They both have such beautiful hearts and they look after me and my boyfriend so well. Finn has so much heart and as a manger, has created such a wonderful space for all souls who walk through were. Paid $36 for three schooners which was a disgrace.....and then they charged me 3 times. So basically I paid $36 a beer. Be careful! Won’t delete this review until I get my money back in full! Dodgy AF! Tried to call but no answer! All transactions made between 11:08-11:09 last night. Until I see a credit for these transactions this review stays. Seamed very intentional.
