Good Food and - 5 Tips if your coming.
Genuine decent people, with friendly service, nice touches to the dishes and the customer service.
This is small business, which puts in a good effort to things they can control and deliver.
The food seemed genuine and authentic, I have eaten as Iām sure most have, at dozens of Thai restaurants and traveled there twice, but I couldnāt claim to being an expert on Thai food.
The food was certainly freshly served, with some bold flavour choices, and they were not trying to appease Australian dinners - with what they are used too.
So that was good, nice to have some new dish options and some regularās served a but differently.
They had an older gentleman who worked as a professional greeter, and customer relations point, whom seemed like a really nice fellow, which was a nice touch in a business, that may only employ 4 people I assume.
The dishes would have been nicer if a bit bigger. The atmosphere was pleasant , but would be closer to being pretty quiet.
Couple of tips: šIs BYO which saves a few dollars. šBook early if youāre needing to book for more than a few. šThe bathrooms didnāt seem to have a bathroom that would served anyone with mobility issues. šParking may be available at Princechester st or Halo business car park which are both a 2min walk. Car park out the back would fill quick. š If you were keen on a drink before dinner - Flying Colours is just across the road.

His knowledge about food astounds me and I am grateful for his help in making the right decision for a fantastic lunch experience. Gentle music, light jingle .
Item: Plan Goong Sensational shrimp treatment and fresh ingredients The colours of the plate is inviting to the eye. The treatment of prawns is sensational, succulent and tender in each mouthful. The tangy sauce allows the freshness of the vegetables to shine through, adding good amount of texture and crunch to the overall dish. Generous amounts of sweet green apples and herbs that compliments the spice.
Item: Jasmine rice Fully cooked in each grain as someone who cooks rice, this is hard to master. (This dish serves well with rice)
Item: Thai milk tea Tea and milk with sweetness adjusted to your liking, one of the standouts. I could taste that good quality tea leaves are used. It is creamy and coats the mouth with a mild sweetness. The beverage is not icy but carries great depth of flavour that is delicious and pleasant.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWow!This unassuming little Thai restaurant nestled in Vulture Street in West End has just become our new favorite place to get Thai. The service is amazing and the food even better. We eat a lot of Thai food and Not Just Thai has been elevated to our number 1 place to go for this cuisine. The flavours and spice in the dishes were bang on, and the curry broth was not at all bland or watered down. To top it off, there was a lot of Gluten free options available for my wife who is Coeliac (not on the menu, but the Chef is delightful and very accommodating!). The prices were very reasonable and it was lovely for the Chef to come out and personally greet us (for a takeaway order) and offer us a complimentary desert for our wait, which wasn't excessively long. The desert was a serve of Tropical Thai Tapioca Pudding and was also a winner! I'll be ordering some with our next meal for sure. What a little...
