Been avoiding dining here due to there being a DJ playing lackluster retro tunes off her Spotify at the entrance.

There wasn't a DJ today, so decided to finally pop in. Lady at the counter was lovely. Ordered a Double burger with no pickles. Burger arrived, with pickles. Bought it back to the counter and the staff were apologetic and re-made the food promptly. They even included a free medium chips and offered a drink (which I declined) as an apology. So far, so good, much more impressive service than other fast food joints.

Sat down to unwrap my food, and it was a single burger with no pickles and the chips were cold. It also looked like they just took the patty off with the pickles and forgot to put another on there instead of re-making a fresh burger.

Immediately brought it back to the counter and the lady offered to make it again herself personally, but at that point I was over the whole "experience" so kindly asked for a refund.

Lady who processed the refund wasn't very personable or friendly but all the other staff were extremely gracious and apologetic for the mess around. Didn't actually get to try any of the food unfortunately.

No real blame on the front of house staff, but it's not rocket science to expect what you ordered and paid for.

Reading other reviews here, maybe I dodged a bullet anyhows by not...

The line was long, but with it being only three days since opening, I expected that so it wasn’t really an issue.

The place itself is clean 🪥. I imagine once the hype settles, it’ll probably end up like Hungry Jack’s at midnight, a bit messy.

The service was great. For fast food, actually above average. The food didn’t take any longer than usual, but with so many people waiting, it felt slower if that makes sense. I’d say no more than a 10-minute wait.

Now, the food.

It’s very “American burger” style, but everything had a picklish flavour. I love pickles my kids, not so much. The total was about $45 for three burgers, chips, and drinks. Portions were noticeably smaller than Hungry Jack’s or McDonald’s (even with how much McDonald’s has downsized lately), Wendy’s felt smaller.

The soft serve tasted fine, maybe a touch salty? Not sure that’s the right word, but it didn’t really do anything for me.

Overall, I’m still a Hungry Jack’s person when it comes to burgers. I wouldn’t choose Wendy’s over it. I’d go back someday, but not rush back more out of curiosity than craving.

In the end, I don’t think Wendy’s quite gets the...

I visited the store today for the first time with my support person. I set my expectations with the time as it still has only been open a couple of weeks so it took about 15 minutes to get food once ordered at 11.30am which is crazy but hey that is they hype of it right.

The store is insane I love the look and vibe of the store and the photo booth thing so cool very hip no other outlet in the city that I know has this.

Not to mention the DJ up top now Im not sure if this will be an ongoing feature but it sure works for the stores for sure so good.

Now for the food we both had chips and tenders very tasty indeed the portions could be a little bigger but hey tasty none the less.

The other big thing I noticed the staff hustle big time I am so impressed they are always moving around checking to see if the floor needs cleaning or if tables needs wiping.

Again I do not see another fast food place provide that kind of dedication to their craft it is so great to see.

Thanks again to Wendy's for providing me a great experience I walked away...

Really bad experience! The reason made me come and visit Wendy’s is because of the kid meal toys~ Frosty frights. They only told me after I asked them where are my frosty frights are and they are making excuses that they are new open so they don’t have any toys available at the moment. But the funniest thing is, I saw they gifted frosty frights toys away to the customer who queue to visit the shop on the first couple days when they open. This is a terrible idea to lie to the customer at all especially I pay for what should be included. They should tell people toys are sold out before we place the order. The waiting time is horrible too. I order 2 sets of kid meal with two bottles of water and it told 20 minutes to make. Randomised order is making. I won’t visit again as the quality of food and price is definitely overrated.

We came as a group on Friday lunch. The line moved quickly with staff managing how many people within the restaurant. They were respectful. Ordering was easy with the machines and wait for order took roughly 15mins. Which was not bad considering so many people were there. The fitout was not clean, but not dirty. Quite loud in the basement area. The bright blues, reflective surfaces and red are in your face, but understand it is their branding. Taste of the burger was good, I enjoyed it. Macdonalds is wrap, Hungry Jack's is more flame-grilled and saltier flavour. I prefer the Wendy's burger being less salty and sweet. Chips were good and shakes were a good flavour aswell. Overall experience was not bad, ai would go again if felt like a fast food burger.
