The worst experience I have ever had. I work in the centre and I was appalled by how rude the staff were. We found hair in our scrambled eggs. We let the workers know and she said “that’s not our hair” then tried to walk off. We told her it’s not our hair- as my partner had blonde straight hair and my hair was long and brown- this was short and thick black hair. We were going back and forth over the hair and she was being so rude and accusatory when at the end of the day there’s HAIR IN OUR FOOD. She then took the plate to the kitchen AFTER WE ASKED HER TO as we weren’t going to keep eating the food as there was HAIR IN IT. She then came out and accused us of eating all the food when it was about 1/3 eaten. She said they would make us a new plate for it- but after the rude service and accusatory behaviour we just wanted to leave. We asked for a refund for the meal and she refused and again accused us of eating the whole plate?? We still had my plate of food which I ate about 1/3 of but didn’t want to eat anymore. We then agreed on a refund for half as she kept going on we ate half of the food.

Read moreI normally wouldn’t leave a review though I am appalled with the customer service during this experience. We had paid for 3 eggs Benedict and drinks and been placed in our seat, around 3 minutes later a staff member approached stating that our payment hadn’t processed and so we proceeded in good faith to make payment once more. After this period we had checked our transactions to find that payment had Infact now been taken twice.
Upon reapproaching staff we were simply told the money will be returned in a few days with no return receipt etc. simply the same receipt of transaction SHOWING OUR PAYMENT MADE, not returned… this receipt had the name Jing and a phone number attached and the only response was to call back if no money is returned… there was no re-swipe of debit card etc. for the return of payment and when I told staff, as a business operator myself that this was unacceptable they simply stood there as if they had no understanding… I had asked for a print off of both transactions as proof of failed payment etc. and the response was a dull ‘sorry’ no one had complied with my requests.
So now we are here, waiting for our own money which we no longer have after paying this business twice for breakfast… our mediocre $80 breakfast has now cost $160.00, unacceptable and terrible...
Read moreI feel like I’ve been scammed. We paid and took our seats, only to have a young man say the transaction had been denied. I’m positive I saw it accept at the counter. But feeling embarrassed I paid again… only then checking my bank and Lo and behold there were two transactions! I approached the counter very angry, only to be given a name “Jing” and a phone number to ring. I said this was not acceptable and told them to cancel the order and ensure both payments are refunded and this would be reported to the credit card company.
I just noticed this happened to another reviewer a week ago.
Not happy!!!!
BTW the service even to that point was robotic at best.
